But that is different for Ritsuka , his adventure in itself had him summoning hundreds of Servants. Even if the memory is locked as he is a Servant , that would most likely translate as "True Name Discernment EX" , the "EX" been that he either actively sees the True Name OR will have his memory of it unlocked.

Ruler makes the most sense honestly. They purposed Ritsuka to save humanity throughout all of time. At this point, with how much Ritsuka has done, by interacting with hundreds of Servants, most of who are divine spirits and straight up GODS/GODDESSES it's not likely that Alaya won't either outright kill him because of him summoning and being the Master of a Beast class or purpose him to be a Guardian.

His extra class could easily be "savior" class, like buddha and jesus are supposed to be. It's one of the only classes unintroduces to chaldea, and like mash before him, it makes sense that someone with his strange circumstances could easily be one of the rarest.
As far as being taught, medea, kadoc scathach, kiichi, and many others have taught him a TON of things in both hand to hand and magic. He doesnt fit caster because his magic skills are trash, but he is definitely a great rider or assasin candidate due to how he is able to lead other servants from the back of the line.

@@jonathangoodwin5609 I agree to an extent. the video hypes up his physical and magical abilities beyond what they're really at, but ritsuka really _is_ a versatile tactician. it's just that most of his skills rely on delegation over his own combat prowess.
he's arguably like fgo jason, he's not that strong alone, but putting him behind anyone with skills, makes them that much harder to take down, which is why i said rider or assassin would be a good fit, rider could show his strengths as a leader from the rear, with his NP being similar to characters like iskandar, and having phantoms of those who fought with him available by paying massive mana costs to manifest a pseudo chaldea system, while assassin would be more discreet, having fewer servants summonable at a time, but those few gaining even further buffs in their specialties.
all that said, when i think about it, the third magic is really the most abused one in the fate franchise. nobody but alice has been shown rocking the first magic, the second is exclusive to zelretch, the fourth is almost completely unkown, and only aoko has the fifth. Meanwhile they have like 10 holy grail wars going at any time using pseudo 3rd magic.

In Ordeal Call 2, Edmond Dante, Avenger-class, created a singularity within the master soul. A Singularity that reflects an almost recreation past of Ritsuka Fujimaru life before coming to Chaldea. Dante goal is to make his master become an Avenger. An impossibility since normal humans cannot become something like that unless they are dead and recorded in the Throne of Heroes. But on Fate/strange fake, a strange mythical whale, Watcher-class, have the capabilities to turn ordinary humans into Servants as long the condition are met. Watcher have no combat abilities. So it wants it's master to become True Lancer in the Snowfield Holy Grail War.
It is quite possible for Ritsuka to become a Servant, Avenger-class, as a living human if Dante succeed his plan but it did not.

Given his connection with so many servants I always thought he'd end up with some unique version of True Name Discernment or equivalent skill/passive that would allow Ritsuka to at least temporarily restore the memories of servants he had contract with during his time in Chaldea should he ever come across them as a servant himself.
It could even be made into a phantasm of sorts as that briefcase we were given at the start of the lostbelt saga containing all the registered spirit origins Chaldea had ever summoned. I could totally see something like that becoming one of his main armaments that allows him to summon shadow servant versions of any spirit origin logged in it or potentially turn other servants near him to his side by restoring his connection to them and by extention the memories of said target. I mean come on, who are they going to side with in most cases? Some random mage they hardly know who summoned them for whatever grail war they're in? Or their best homie for life Ritsuka?

If the need arises, Servants summoned by this Noble Phantasm are given Independent Action. Furthermore, this Noble Phantasm can be used regardless of the Master or the Servant's mana, as Chaldea has its own power source it will simply take power from either the surrounding ether or by the Holy Grail itself. Personally, I see Ritsuka as a low HP and attack power but all-rounder support Ruler who's skills would be them switching between pre-existing mystic codes with modified effects.
Skill 1: [Mystic Code Chaldea] Increase party ATK, Buster effectiveness, and Crit damage (3 turns). NP card type switchs to Buster.
Skill 2: [Chaldea Combat Uniform]: Increase party C.Star drop rate and Quick effectiveness (3 turns) applies evade (1 turn). NP card type switches to Quick.
Skill 3: [Arctic Region Chaldea Uniform] Increase party NP gain, Arts effectiveness (3 turns), remove debuffs. NP card type changes to Arts.
NP: [Lord Chaldeas Last Order] Restore party HP, increase NP gauge (effect increases with overcharge) and apply the following to all party members based on card type:
    - Buster: Sure Hit (2 times, 3 turns)
    - Quick: Gain C.Stars (3 turns)
    - Arts: Increase NP Level by 1 (1 time, 2 turns)
Unit is moved to last open team slot (Demerit).
Ritsuka's intended use should mirror their position in the story, putting them somewhere in the front of the party, as the leader, and letting them buff everyone before getting pushed to the back (with the NP) as the one person has to survive.
The next time they take a position on the frontline means there isn't many options left. NPing no longer gets them out of harm's way. They are the last line of defense and have to push through with whatever little resources they have left.

Surprisingly the mana cost for this noble phantasm is small, that is because the only mana needed is to connect the throne of heroes and the servants summon themselves to reality , in exchange the servants summoned can’t use they’re noble phantasms and has there is a short time limit

If Clock Tower caught wind of his feat for some reason, or got suspicious of Chaldea. It’s possible they will capture Ritsuka and use him as test subject to reach to the root, or use his body parts to summon various other servants.
In this scenario, he can be an Avenger.
Other than that, Caster, Rider, or Saber could be possible. Caster and Rider due to him being master and also he’s on shadow border. Saber imo is possible because he was the “blade” that saved humanity and his first servant is a “shield”
So, sword and shield conceptually goes in pair.

I love the idea for this and love making character builds, so I'll throw my hat in the ring:
My take is based on him being summoned as a Counter Guardian of some sort. He's unable to be summoned in a grail war, only being used for DIRE situations; assistance against Beasts, True Ancestors, etc. For fun, we'll say he's the Grand Counter Guardian, that way he's not stuck like EMIYA, being dispatched to nuke random areas every time a strong mage sneezes. Also saves him from being fought over by the various underworld deities that want to claim him
Class: Rider - Rider servants aren't JUST those that have incredible feats of mounted combat, they're also leaders, and those that draw power from those they have bonds with. That fits Ritsuka to a Tee, he's not great on his own, but if he has his team he can do anything. Iskandar has an entire NP that is drawing on the people surrounding him.
Parameters: While he has exceptional physical abilities from training under Leonidas and several other demigod tutors, he's still only human. He's not a demigod that has a superhuman body, he is still human. As for Mana, I'm relatively certain that it's been stated several times that Ritsuka has either average, or below average Magic Circuits. He was only allowed into Chaldea in order to fill out the ranks, not because he's particularly GOOD at magic. He's certainly learned a lot and gotten stronger, but his magic circuits kind of handicap him.
    STR - -B
    END - +B
    Agility - -B
    Mana - -C
    Luck - EX
    NP - EX
    Class Skills:
Independent Manifestation B - A class Skill normally meant for Beasts, this is given to him by Alaya in order to have him appear where needed, without need of a master
Riding EX - Dude has riden everything from a car made of wood made by Da Vinci, to dinosaurs, to Scathach.
Item Creation B+ - as a way to access his Craft Essences, he is able to make them himself.
Personal Skills: If I had to do a fourth, I'd say some variation of the Avenger's Self Replenishment skill would work.
Body Forged Through Trials- Serves to combine Toxin Immunity, Battle Continuation, and boost his physical stats to the superhuman levels that I believe start around B rank
Forgotten/Unsung Hero - As all of his accomplishments are hidden/erased by the Mages Association, he is a hero that none know the true name of. Any ability that would reveal his true name fails to work, any attempts to write about him are slowly erased, and memories of him slowly fade. However, upon meeting him, most servants feel a sense of familiarity, as if they have fought alongside him in the past. This
Partial Summoning - He can summon shadow servants. Weaker versions of heroes he had contracts with, they only last a few minutes at most, and cannot use their Noble Phantasms or most skills, but serve as representations of his class. He is also able to use this skill to summon the weapons of these servants, although they do not function as their own Noble Phantasms, they are able to release much weaker versions of any attacks they are capable of (For example, Excalibur can release a small burst of mana instead of the skyscraper sized amount Saber can use)
    Noble Phantasms:
Full Materialization (EX)- Allows him to fully summon a servant he has an existing contract with. Can be used 5-6 times total per materialization.
Sword of Humanity (EX)- I actually really like the NP you had, so I'm keeping that. Maybe expand so that it gets more powerful the more of a threat you are to human existence
Even Playing Field (Passive) (EX) - I'll also turn that 2nd Class Skill you gave him, but upgrade it so that any servant he faces has their physical stats lowered to his level.

Well if you are making him an servant this is my prediction
1st skill is "Charisma of the Weak EX" since he started as the WEAKEST/Last master and that was his label for the entire 3 campaign
2nd skill would be God/Goddess Blessing or Heroes Affection. Almost all of the heroes, Goddess, human and monster has commended/support him. (Debatable)
3rd skill *Humanity last master" should be an upgrade for lower level skill. This comes to his story. Maybe this would be good as the next level of his charisma.

Fate protags are crazy. Ritsuka is my favorite what if summon because he is a Ruler who can do almost anything and everything. I like this video because I agreed with it before I saw it.
Now his Grand Servant form would be final boss material and based on his history probably unbeatable. Especially since he would be a Grand with a summoning backlog of every servant in the series. Something like Alexander but even more powerfull, perhaps the Fate series as whole is on the brink of annihilation and he's our summon in a new game and he is immediately brought in as a Grand Master Summon. Next we see is every popular servant appear as their most powerful self without drawbacks.

You know, I think Ritsuka would also have another skill similar to Richard, specifically that All Kinds of Talent. I mean, Ritsuka has a lot of mentors who tried to pass down knowledge to him like Scathach, Chiron, Medea, Aviceborn, Lord El-Melloi, and even Kotaru taught him some ninjutsu. Don't get me wrong it, would probably be on the lower rank since he never showed use of most of their teachings due to lack of ability or talent but the fact he was taught by so many great people could give him this skill at a lower rank.
This combined with a skill that allows summoning and a servant vessel could provide Ritsuka with the ability to learn information faster and actually make use of the lessons.

Honestly, I think Ritsuka fits in a lot of classes because I do not believe as a Chaldea master being surrounded by servants with all sorts of skills and abilities, he at the very least compete with all sorts of weapons and skills given that there are history's greatest teachers summoned at Chaldea so perfectly fits in ruler class and other seven regular classass.

Typing this before watching the video.
Shielder, Ruler, or variant caster: Summoner. Which kind of juxtaposes Solomon/Goetia.
I both like and dislike the idea of Ritsuka as the Ruler class, because it implies a fundamental integration into the Holy Grail War system. Story and thematic reasons, that could be cool or kinda lame.
They could make an interesting Avenger class. One who summons, and as the summons get smashed, Ritsuka gets amped up. At their most powerful when they have lost all 7 servants.
Now would developers allow ALL servants and let people choose them out of combat, or
From a games design perspective, I wouldn't be surprised if they already have Ritsuka's class already drawn up and ready to go, and keep making edits behind the scenes. Again, from a games design perspective, I wouldn't be surprised if Ritsuka summons with either a brand new class, or no class, or can switch between classes out of combat.
    After watching the video.
    I like your design approach.
Your focus on humanity, I found that both clever and just the right level of sentimental. Bravo.

I still think two NPs would be cool but very broken. One is the Spirit Origin Briefcase which allows him to summon Shadow Servants on command (we do know that it's stressful on his Magic Circuits but they have access to their NP). Or what the Foreign God forced thr Crypters to do which is to force someone to fight against the Singularities mentally. I think the latter is too strong but his defensive skill probably should be in same class as Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig but maybe its Enlightenment of Human Order as one who has torn and built human order repeatedly.

  • @Prophet-tu9tf
    @Prophet-tu9tf Před 3 měsíci

If Ritsuka was turned into a Servant there’s a few options.
Ruler given the amount of servants he’s both summoned, and the level of mediation they’ve had to do between them. The Human Order which they’ve fought for, and the deep connection to Holy grails found at the core of so many Singularities.
Alter Ego formed from the possibility of his mind fracturing because of all the trials they’ve overcome. Also could be a defense mechanism if Dante’s, or Abby, or Angra stay within his mind after everything ends. This is a stretch, and only a theory.
Can’t be an Avenger because of Ordeal Call Id.
Foreigner either from the repeated contact with, or possession by Outer Gods, and can’t forget the premise of Ordeal Call making them outside the Human Order. If this is the latter then it’s a very narrow time frame so who knows.
Saver is interesting because of the lack of info on the qualifications, but it is strangely fitting given his role in both Singularities/Lostbelts. Ironically Ordeal Call provides the best justification for it cause it’s forcing them to understand the nature of both themselves and their relationship to their humanity. All OC’s so far are a dissection of Ritsuka’s Human Order Foundation. Both him/her and Chaldea lie outside the Human Order cause of abusing Extra Classes. This is somewhat a lie as it’s based on CHALDEAS, and or Alien Gods version of the Human Order. What happens when/if Ristuka defeats the Alien God with the examination of themselves and the Old Order is restored. This creates an interesting thought what happens when they a reach an understanding of themselves that wasn’t necessary when the old order is restored.
And finally what I call Master Class. This is a class created just for him. The idea is when he’s summoned he becomes a class that is yet to be filled in a grail war. They can be summoned to any standard class, and a few Extra ones. They are an incredibly weak HS. Barely stronger than say Mata Hari. The NP though allows them to summon any servant from that class they spawn in. Say they’re summoned as an Assassin they can summon any Assassin they contracted with such as MHX,or Kojiro etc… and the servant retains all knowledge of previous summons. This gives two servants for one with Ristuka being a Master basically by himself. This countered by them being barely stronger by themselves than their own master. Another weakness is the summoned servant strength is divided by 25-50%. Given however even the weakest servant is roughly 5-10 times stronger than the greatest Olympian. Sorry for the long post I just love analyzing Nasuverse lore

Demonstrated namely in the ability to summon (Alter Ego) or utilize aspects of lostbelt kings felled in his thankless journey to restore PHH. He would be a trial for humanity to overcome as a conduit of the resilience and wrath of the Lostbelts, a force that threatens to deny PHH as humanity denies him and the achievements he acquired in its defense.

Mash in her 3rd ascension has a sword on her hip that I’ve always thought of Ritsuka using in times of need, which is my personal HC on why he could be summoned as a Saber. But ultimately Ruler seems like the best choice

Hmm, I like the kit. I especially like him only being able to summon specific servants. I'd say the best candidates are ones the story makes it explicit that the servants are there due to him. Mash is an obvious one, but I could see a weaker First Hassan who appeared due to Ritsuka, Jeanne Alter since she basically owes her existence Ritsuka and Chaldea, Meltryllis is also pretty obvious, and potentially a version of Kama.

I would like for him to have some type of summoning ability, with some restictions. Like he can't summon a class thats currently alive in the war and the heros are weak when summoned. They will need to have resouces invested in them to be as strong as they would be normally.

Ritsuka would be a Grand Ruler, no doubt. No one could keep the rules enforced like he does, however we’d need a new rank for that Luck stat

Quick amendment. Saver class. Ritsuka is literally the closest you could get to a Messiah-like figure. Kind, doesn’t act out of malice, even Moriarty couldn’t handle the whiplash of the kindness he showed. And…honestly put him on a podcast with U-Olga Marie and she’ll be asking to visit Chaldea so she can join in on Taco-Tuesday and have some of Goredolf’s pastries. Honestly, with his competence with Servants and his unnatural luck, he may very well be a messiah figure from a few perspectives. He’s essentially saved each Lostbelt, they were worlds that were a means to an end to VII, and even stood up for those within, and somehow all the way through and despite the having the resolve to end each of them, he’s needed to be picked up and reminded he needs to do so anyways and does so while practically wearing Olive Branches

I definitely think he'd be a Ruler class servant.
If we're talking FGO skills then I could definitely see him having Clairvoyance that interludes into REM REM Sleep. He'd also definitely have a Charisma skill, a unique one that's a high rank because of how he's able to form close bonds with so many servants.
I think his combat capacity should be fine, I don't think he'd be on the level of generals or knights in terms of close quarters but remember there are plenty of servants who didn't fight in life who gain that ability as servants and Ritsuka can fight he just never really gets to because all the opponents are superhuman.
His NP would probably be Chaldea, maybe as a fortress type NP, but I'd definitely see him as more of a defensive servant who looks for opportunities considering that's basically the story of his career. His stats would probably be relatively low considering his poor talent for magecraft (which btw I always thought was dumb because it just makes him seem way more OP that he outperforms to many others despite having poor affinity). I imagine he'd have EX luck, but his mana would probably only be C+ tier at best. His Endurance, Strength and Agility would probably all be low too.
He would probably have an extremely powerful NP though, if you consider it could be based off his feats of forming so many contracts with servants many of who are notorious difficult to control. I imagine his NP would allow him to summon shadow servants of all the servants he had contracts with in life, the only limiting factor would be his mana output, that would probably limit him to only 3 servants at a time with another 3 in reserve.
Overall I think aside from his NP Ritsuka would be a relatively weak servant in pure combat, but once he is able to exploit a weakness he'd be incredible dangerous. Also being a very strong defensive servant. This makes the most sense to me, given how pretty much all of Ritsuka's victories have come from his ability to sympathise and have patience with those around him, whether friend or foe. He never won because he was strong, but because he was compassionate and it drew people to him. In a lot of ways, Ritsuka as a servant is like a super Jason.

The only class I could think of is Ruler with an Avenger passive skill (NP Gauge gains 2% per turn) like Dioscuri because of Castor.
If there's any discussion of Ritsuka Alter, all I can say is the Avenger class.

So i think that caster and ruler work well for ritsuka but i also think berserker as he has definitly have had to had a screw loose to continue his role as caldas main master for skills i have a few
    passive
magic resistance B(Galahad): cause he was mash's main master and had special percs so him resisting magic and being near immune to poisons work
Independent action B: like you said i the video
Some passive one time guts: i think with all the bs Ritsuka has suffered he/she needs a passive that shows thier will to not die
    active:
Charisma EX: the oly master capable of havig hudreds of servants and them all being semi ok with him to infactuated with him i could see him giving different buffs to different alignments
party battery skill: i personally think that if ritsu became a servant they would be a support and a omni support at that able to help every servant in some way
bs survival skill: probably a strong invo and debuff immune skill that would relate to mash in some way
