- Charles Dowding is a real hero of ours, one of the leaders globally in the no dig gardening method, he is an author of many books and is a social media star and such a kind gentleman. We recently had him on as a guest on our podcast and asked if we could visit as we were down near his garden in Sommerset and had such a wonderful time hanging out and cooking dinner together. I'm sure that is more than a third of an acre chaps....but BOY_OH_BOY I can't take my eyes off the wonderful array of fresh veggies Charles has produced.....SUPERBE. And thank you for the recipe too ! PS I just LOVE Toads....we had lots of all sizes in our garden in France, but sod all here in Norfolk 🤨
