It was only played on the Creatures tour. Maybe 3 times. The last time Rock & Roll Hell was performed was December 31, 1982 Rockford, IL.

i've heard that they played it on this show and a few times on the farewell tour + i've seen the setlist from this show on the internet and rock and roll hell is there, so i don't know..
