Located in an enchanting setting, this house offers a perfect environment for family life. The large outdoor patio invites moments of fun and relaxation, providing an ideal space for gatherings.
The wooden deck floor complements the harmony between the exterior and interior. The gourmet area with barbecue and bench for friends and family to gather. A triangular corner table, accompanied by wooden benches, offers a cozy space to enjoy meals al fresco. There is also a comfortable sofa and armchairs that provide a perfect spot to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the view.
Whether celebrating with friends, relaxing, or simply admiring nature, the outdoor area of this house is a versatile and charming space.
Upon entering the house we notice the integration of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the dining room, a table for six people and a wooden hutch, in the kitchen, a bench with seats and a wood stove.
Inside there are three sunny bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms offer a pleasant environment to rest and relax, overlooking the courtyard and nature, these rooms are an invitation to a peaceful night's sleep.
The combination of colors and materials creates an inviting atmosphere, and exudes a sense of harmony and comfort, accompanied by simplicity, inviting you to create precious memories and enjoy life amidst the beauty of nature and the warm embrace of home.

Eu imaginei o seguinte cenário: "Um homem de meia idade chamado Pablo chega do trabalho e cumprimenta sua esposa Helena com um beijo e diz:" Querida, não fique brava comigo, mas convidei os Sanders pra virem jantar conosco na sexta. Eu falei do eu assado e eles estão ansiosos para experimentar! Só tome cuidado com aquele garoto deles, o mais novo, John é um bom menino, mas muito destrambelhado "😂😂😂

You never cease to WOW. But one thing that is my pet peeve. That is the set back secondary ridge that can not be seen where wasps and such can set up shop. it is set back so far from the start of the main ridge.

Uma típica casa de sítio, simples e acolhedora, e com a vantagem de ser feita de container. Adoro as casas de madeira (comuns aqui no Sul), mas são pouco duráveis.
