The majority of people here probably don't even know who Goblin is. But this is definitely a good homage to Argento's Suspiria, though it sounds a bit more similar to Tangerine Dream, some of Pink Floyd's psychedelic stuff, Boards of Canada, and Angelo Badalamenti (a musician that did most of David Lynch's soundtracks) than Goblin.
Still, a gossamer of Goblin's prog is nevertheless somewhat present here, if only tangentially, at least to me.

    Spoilers:
This is the scene where Sara (Mia Goth) is disturbed with what she sees in the catacombs, as she found Patricia's living cold body and some of those hooks from the trailer. She breaks her fibula trying to escape the naked matrons who spotted her, while Susie (Dakota Johnson) and the other dancers are dancing to 'Volk'. Sara then comes out of nowhere and dances on her broken calf, bone protruding with gore and all. Really disturbing scene.
edit: to add things up for maximum spoilers, both Sara's and Susie's eye colors are switched, which could indicate Markos' specifics when choosing a vessel (as Sara's were brown and Susie's were blue. Both Patricia and Olga also had brown eyes, which is why Sara was formally trained by Blanc before Susie's arrival)
