I've never watched a single anime in my life but just watching this video makes me want to watch Cowboy Bebop like damn this show looks tenouttaten Edit: holy crap still getting replies three years later after ive fallen down the rabbit hole that is anime and have become obsessed with about 10 different series (FMA: Brotherhood is the best ive seen so far imo)
Truly an amazing series. It's a classic. I'd definitely recommend watching it even if you don't like anime. I got my friend that likes movies to watch the series, he absolutely loved it.

Christ, Cowboy Bebop really had some beautifully animated fight choreography. It's hard to find an animation, these days, that puts as much effort and passion, into their work.
This makes me want to re-watch the whole series again, honestly, Because of the enormous praise this show gets, I went in with unrealistic expectations so I expected to love it automatically I guess upon finishing it, but I think it might really take while for the show to really sink in and for me to truly appreciate it.
In my opinion, Cowboy Bebop isn’t just an anime, it’s a new achievement, a completely new style of animation, one of the most contributial anime in the history, a unforgettable experience Why would I say that? Because I’m suck at animation
