    The accumulating delays were due to speed restrictions related to the extremely prolonged heat wave - line speed was reduced to 70 km/h throughout daylight hours, and 50 km/h during the most extreme periods. Track quality on Carei - Zalau is also horrendous, it's normally only used as a (very) local line, operated by light Desiro and ex-DB railbuses, with 4 daily services each way.

      Thanks for the explanation. OpenRailwayMap says, that the speed limit on Carei - Zalau segment is 100 and 80 km/h, but it could be wrong/old data. Also between Saratel and Deda we were mostly at speed. I would say, that there it was 80 - 100, even though the aforementioned site displays 70.

    The unknown train at 00:46 was EC 686/146 Tisza-Szamos going from Oradea/Baia Mare to Wien

      Aaaah thanks, that was suppose to leave at 10:54 and it was filmed at noon. That's what confused me.

    Vzdy ma fascinuje kolko slovenskych nakladnych voznov je v Rumunsku.

      Mňa tiež, aj som to chcel poznamenať vo videu, ale zabudol som. Tipujem, že budú požičané, pretože rumunský vozový park je v zlom stave.
