Bullet is back, and this time he will have to stake his entire reputation on the line as he goes deep undercover in prison to unfold the mystery of a police corruption ring, being run by one of the most wanted mob bosses in the country, a man known only as Snake. Bullet will have to survive his dangerous fellow inmates, a dangerous and daring jail-break, evade his former police friends, fend off a man-eating python and rescue a beautiful woman in the process before he can finally bring down the mobster known as Snake, a villain from Bullet’s past, out for blood and more insane than ever before.

The subsidy was introduced by the apartheid government to encourage producers to make films for the majority black audiences, with the idea of creating entertainment for the black population in the homelands (the areas designated for people of colour by the Group Areas Act of 1950**), and thereby keeping their minds off of political unrest.
It is important to note that despite the circumstances surrounding the original production and release of this film, this film forms an important part of South Africa’s cultural film (and political) heritage and should be viewed in this context.
