Okay, that will hopefully help me. I just joined a seemingly populated server, my smell detected nothing and i ran around almost an hour found absolutely nothing, then starved😅
A simple guide to all carnivors: Don't mess with a fully grown Stegosaurus unless you're in a pack of like 5+ raptors. One bite from you will damage it like 2-5% while most carnivors will become a tail decoration for the Stego in one whip. Was attacked by a fairly large Deino the other day while drinking water. One bite didn't even do 10% of my HP.
Extremely helpful, this 9 min video really help be get started and understanding a lot of the basic's that I just couldn't seem to find a lot of info on.

im pretty new to the game so this one was really good. but i don't know if u mentioned it but i discovered that if You are resting (H) Button and press W two times fast u Get up on your feet faster But it Consumes more stamina :D .over all thanks for the video i appreciated it :D

So if I hit Q and see no icons, I just need to move around more? I did try to follow the icons to Sanctuary or Migration, but just ran into walls.

When it came to eating organs it would have been VERY help if you explained what those symbols meant.
Are 2 lines a heart? Are they lungs? Are they a brain or something? All I see is 3 dots, and S, and // And I have no idea what those represent.
Fyi I haven't played the game at all just thinking about it but it would have been nice to know what those symbols meant.

I've played carnivores in Evrima 3 times and I can never find ANY food. And this is after using Q to find corpses. I cant find any AI either. I dont know what the heck is happening. When I played legacy, I used to find AI spawns all the time.
they're harder to find on stacked servers, id suggest trying servers with smaller player count
How to speed up?
If it saves your progress by sleeping do you have to join the same server to continue your progress because how will do u know its the same server
Yes you do,and you would know by the server name just as in any other online game.

selecting evrima from option at start dont work when you try launch game it says no anti cheet installed and game wont even load
That used to be an issue I ran into so I was just like eh screw this and went back to legacy. But I think it got fixed and it auto installs now. But I also got elden ring on pc a couple weeks ago, which also uses easy anti cheat (and installed it for me) so maybe that’s why evrima doesn’t need a manual install for me anymore
My compass is useless it has no symbols so I can't find anything useful 😞
Just means your not near anything gotta hold it longer or move until you find some stuff
@@finalbotgaming im so stupid I was playing legacy so to play the game your playing I had to activate beta in steam game the isle setting 😆
The isle doesn’t work for me. Even when I’m loading into The isle it will just say easy anti cheat not loaded and exit. The isle is impossible for some reason to download
Try going into your game files. There should be a .bat file called installeasyanticheat or something of that nature double click it to run it and then try it again. That might help you. Sometimes it's bugged on the install even if you re-verify the integrity of your files
Why can’t I use night vision? I tried x it didn’t work. Also there doesn’t seem to be a night vision key in the settings
Are you on Evrima branch? Also it is in there Idk if it's in the main keybonds though. Depending what dino you are some have shit night vision.. like the cera
@@finalbotgaming Yes I'm on Evrima branch. Do all dinos have night visions? And can you try to turn it on during the day? I was using carnivores and herbivores, i pressed almost all the letter keys, didn't turn anything on

Why does evrima only have a few dinosaurs?
It's still being worked on there's three more dinos just about ready to be released and a much better map coming out very soon.

Load into the server and it will give you the option to pick your dinosaur.

The game has so much potential but atm it’s quite shit.
Imagine having to spend hours growing just so you can actually play the game and then dying to lag or a hacker.
Half the roster of Dino’s aren’t even viable. Why create pack Dino’s and then set the server limit to 100. Makes it impossible and highly unlikely to ever form a pack. Why play troodon? And the only way to find other players ,besides using their discord ,is to flock to center or nw and die to lag or just have the game completely unplayable

@finalbotgaming I'm pretty good at navigating the map with out it but this just makes it so much better plus I can pin point areas that have no land marks great stuff
The best tip you could give anyone is just to avoid this game...

To each their own. Ive had plenty of hours of fun and it was deff worth the 15 dollars i paid. Everybody likes to complain about things but i dont see anybody making a better game or applying to the dev team to make it better..🤷♂🤷♂

@@finalbotgamingI just started today. I was apparently on legacy server before doing the beta switch. I played like an hour on the legacy and had no issues other than never seeing another dinosaur 🤣 I switched to evrima and a long with not seeing anyone, the game did indeed crash a few times randomly🤷🏻♂️
I found your guide super simple to follow and informative. Plus your voice didn't make me want to punch babies like the last CZcamsrs beginners guide I tried to watch🤣
