Never heard of Pyramid strings before, but now i am tempted to try them. I usually use Daddario prosteels 40- 95 on my 4 string P bass. I ll do my research on Pyramid sets, thank you for the amazing video, solid playing and great tone !
Thanks for the nice comment man! 🤘🤘🤘🤘 Pyramid strings have a very long history, especially for strings for orchestral instruments. Their are top quality, on par with the best American string IMO. A hell of a lot better than D'addario prosteels, both in tone and longevity. Prosteels are zingier for the first 30 minutes, in my hands. Pyramids keep their brightness for a very long time and also feel smoother to the touch. But they do have that typical mid-scoop, as many stainless strings do. If you live in the EU, they definitely deserve a try. Outside the EU, maybe they get a bit expensive...
