Advice for those taking theory test. Just choose option with keep left, give way and pedestrian is always right. Most of the time that is the answer.
I took my class 2B in 1994 and passed age 20 years old in Oct 94 during Police National service then I passed my 2A one month before ROD jan 96 , took my class 3, feb 96 and passed Dec 96 all in SSDC, I have no interest in taking class 2 after getting class 4 , so now at the age 50 I enrol for class 2 almost 30 years . I feel like the course is hard for me , and I feel a bit afraid may be because age catching up,struggling to complete the course I give up at prac 2 at SSDC and now I enrol again at BBDC try one more time before I age 55😅😅😅
Thank you for sharing!!!
I just passed 2B in the first week of 2023, at CDC 😂 Really memorable 6+ months!
My worst station has got to be the crank course.. Rabak!
I spent close to $1.2k, and this is with clearing lessons mostly one time.. Expensive now!! 😪
Very nice I enjoy your show coz I just got my 2b license November 2
I feared the figure 8 the most also. Never fell before but always had the fear that either the front or rear tyre would hit the kerb while I was negotiating the bends in the figure 8.
i remember mine was the E-brake during circuit revision. i broke my collarbone hahaha but all good now and gonna finish my 2A soon 😂😊
Wahhh. Sorry to know about that broken collar bone. But nevertheless, all the best for your 2A. Hopefully can move up to Class 2 too.
@Ameera -- so sorry your 2B experience was so horrible but much respect that you got over it & even going on to your 2A :)
Something i learnt is P Plate is about half cheaper online. Last time did not know.
ahhh memories 🤣
I remembered mine was during my SP session i skidded during the E-Brake and injured my left wrist just few days before my TP. Instructor standing there ask do u you know what your mistake? I said yes, too hard braking on the rear.
Hmm..nice
During my TP the guy 2 bikes ahead of me beat red light while on the way back to BBDC. No need to say what happened to him la 😂
Waiting and waiting for theory slot. I think many people queuing up after covid. Can only shake leg and watch youtube 😂
Its okay bro. More time to watch bike reviews and decide on a bike to get. 🤣🤣🤣
I am still learning but my main problem is the gear and shifting. Need to shift to 2 gear to circle etc.. If there is no gear , there will be nothing much to it.
Biggest difference between circuit and outside: inside almost all silver Honda fit. Until cannot stand seeing them crawl along anymore. Outside cars speed, inside crawl...
Yes... Even for lessons on the road, we're always in a convoy with an instructor. So we don't really get a taste of the real road.
Aik? They change to cb190r since 2019 already leh
SSDC. Expressway ride from WLDS > SLE > YCK > SLE > Kranji Turf Club > SLE > SSDC🏍🏍 Taking 2A now😊
i have no more memories. liow. 30 years ago. the only question we always ask, do instructors/testers really purposely fail us because they want repeat customers because most of us when fail, we will compare notes and say, how come huh?. if a just passed rider got into accident, do instructors/ testers get called up? i have never heard any tester/instructor got called up.
Hahaha. Not really sure about that. Cant really comment cos i once debated this on a Facebook group with an instructor. Seems that they're genuinely looking out for mistakes to uphold TP's standard
hahaha, i just passed 2B 8.01, S course still failed, 11.3 seconds... but get total 16 points... finally can book TP...
All the best man!! Good luck!!
@@tambakoverlanders thanks bro.. so excited to get my first bike now...
Quote enjoy your vlog. Can review some cafe racer bikes
Of course! We actually have 1 coming up.
Hi, can you do a video on what are the things you need to do to get a bike? Like second hand bike... like insurance, where to pay road tax, and like what to look out for? Because i just pass my TP and i want to get a scond hand bike, but i dont know what is subrider, insurance cost etc...
Hi there. A vid may take awhile as we have other videos being queued right now. You can PM us and ill try to answer any questions you may have
@@tambakoverlanders okay thank you
Mine 2B-1993 BBDC
2A-1999 SSDC
2-2009 CDC
3-2000 SSDC
4-PDC
I think it's about time that TP should change the 2A from 201cc to 600cc.
I agree. we should really move to a 2 class system like Australia.
any advice for fig 8 pls
Look far and and the direction you're leaning to
yess look far dont look down on the kerb for sure u gabra! after corner left increase ur throttle before reaching change to right corner... try use rear brake during corner to decrease the speed control ur throttle also...
This very funny😂. Although it must be funnier if i can see myself struggling. I am currently taking my class and failing the plank.
I found a trick to the plank; rev hard at the start, all the while maintaining eye contact on the first slalom cone. And count yourself "one thousand.. Two thousand.." Till 7sec.
For me was the crank course! Very bad at it.
@@TheSunMoon any tips for crank? currently going for L5 at cdc soon. CR i do crank is 50/50 not always smooth :( even general riding and balance also feel like got issue especially when throttle is not the same between bikes
@@kevjumbaz Can't help much with crank, because even during TP, i was slow and got 4 points for it (6.2sec lol). Perhaps one way is to mentally think of it as a sharper Fig-8/S-course. And better to go slow than getting IF (my first L5 I got IF at crank course, at the last turn, when i hit the kerb and fell).
It also helps to have a good eyeline at the exit path, just before each turn so that you will turn the handlebar naturally. Else, if you look elsewhere while turning, might have chance to over or under-turn.
Lastly, if you're still using the red bikes at CDC, best to find 2-3 bikes during the CR, so during L5, you got backup bikes that you're familiar with. Once pass, better to start using the black bikes for L6 till TP.
All the best!!
@@TheSunMoon thanks bro, will try my best! have been currently using the black bikes just to familarize with them a little bit better. maybe just need a clear indication of where to look for the eye line and visualize it. similar to slalom its also a 70/30 for me hahaha
want to learn.. hav a driving licence but ya.. hmmm
Go for it! I took a 12-year break before re-enrolling again to finally get the 2B😂
@@TheSunMoonthat nice to know.. hmmm shall see how thank you for the kind reply too
what interesting is sgean spend the most money to get a motorcycle licence
