DIAGNOSIS
-Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a form of chronic lung disease that affects newborns, most often those who are born prematurely and need oxygen therapy. In BPD the lungs and the airways (bronchi) are damaged, causing tissue destruction (dysplasia) in the tiny air sacs of the lung (alveoli).
JET'S MACHINES
-Kangaroo Feeding Pump is a simple-to-use, precision enteral feeding pump. It is easily programmed to deliver continuous or intermittent feeding
-Ventilator mechanically helps pump oxygen into your body. The air flows through a tube that goes in your mouth and down your windpipe. The ventilator also may breathe out for you, or you may do it on your own. The ventilator can be set to take a certain number of breaths for you per minute.
-Pulse oximetry is a noninvasive method for monitoring a person's oxygen saturation. Peripheral oxygen saturation readings are typically within 2% accuracy of the more desirable reading of arterial oxygen saturation from arterial blood gas analysis.
-Suction machine, also known as an aspirator, is a type of medical device that is primarily used for removing obstructions - like mucus, saliva, blood, or secretions - from a person's airway.
-Oxygen concentrator is a device that concentrates the oxygen from a gas supply by selectively removing nitrogen to supply an oxygen-enriched product gas stream. Two methods in common use are pressure swing adsorption and membrane gas.
-Oxygen tank is an oxygen storage vessel, which is either held under pressure in gas cylinders, or as liquid oxygen in a cryogenic storage tank.

Your welcome 🙏. I can only imagine how overwhelming it can be. But as you said the supplies are well needed. My son so far is good, he’s still tolerating his formula which is good and he’s very loud. But I feel so lucky to have him, considering he was born so early. He’s also very spoiled especially by his older sisters which are returning to school this week and I’m nervous. Thanks for asking. How is things going with adjusting to work again?
