How long prior to function can you inflate your balloons
Was there a reason for keeping these as quads in lieu of clusters? Trying to gain an understanding of organic garlands. Thank you for your extremely beneficial videos; I absolutely love your videos!

Do you know where I could find fully matte balloons?
In the last steps of the garland, when you add the final little balloon quads with the rubber bands, are normal Yellow rubber bands going to work also? Or are there particular rubber bands you use?
Yep! I use regular office rubber bands. I tend to like size #33 or 1/8" rubber bands, but as long as they can stretch over the 11" balloons they will work.
What is it that you use to tie alll the balloons together, is it one very stretchy band??
