try true dmg senna reroll, give her shojin, gs and nashors(hopefully shojin comes from you having 3star headliner senna, even better with true dmg headliner). You put 6 truedmg in and it just oneshots frontlines. if you get radiant gs for some reason its even better lmao, no tank survives 1 cast lmao.

I feel like Karthus is actually the worst 4 tier champ lol. Even with this build, which is probably the best one, it's really not that great. The fact that he can't focus one champ is bad as hell in TFT. You need to kill champs to win. Not just hurt them. If you can't one shot, you're weak.
