Some fools think that someone "died" for their "sins" [LOL] vs Allāh ˹GOD Almighty˺ in the Quran makes sure to let people know that they will be held fully accountable for every single deed [Quran 99:8] that is the decree of the All-Wise All-Just.. you cannot think to swindle people out of their rights, money, property, and abuse someone thinking you will get away from the Owner of everything when He has clearly stated that everyone will be justly dealt with if matters are not resolved in this world. So get ready for the blaze as not even a single Muslim is safe from the punishment of Allāh ˹GOD Almighty˺ [Quran 70:28] it doesn't matter if you reject it.. its like rejecting the laws of the country.. you can reject them.. won't make them go away and you'll still have to serve the punishment as ignorance is not an excuse
true, Islamic rule in inheritance is just and fair for women, but if and, only if, the men folks abide to their stipulated responsibility. Thus, our rule/ law must also do something to protect women (in practice) by making men (or other parties, male or female, not abiding by law) abide by law, If men folks do not abide by it, what can women do to make him/ them abide to it and have her as his/ their responsibility? take him to court? I doubt that happens now. Tho yes, am sure not all men do not abide by inheritance Islamic law.
It's not always the men fault. I know plenty of mothers who won't give there sons what's due, because they want to hold onto the dead husband's wealth.
The judgement is fair but the people who execute it are unfortunately not fair.
My mum has 5 sons, and 2 daughter's, the daughter's provide and deliver my mum food every day and they also sleep next to her to take care of her toilet needs, my mum is 92, my brothers wives never provide food or visit my mum, who should get my mum's inheritance?

My father in law passed away. He left a house after him. My in laws are not willing to give my husband's share from his house so now we r living in separate house me and my husband both of us working to pay the debts we had to pay for house.
This is common story amongst Muslims from the Indian sub continent.
