I reckon the Barra would make a great engine for the uphill sand drag races in the UAE.
Not trying to be a party pooper but you should slow down just a tiny bit when your coming in the track to the dunes because I’ve had some close calls on my bike nearly having head ons with people going to fast! Love your content tho 🤘

Hey just curious, is the driveline stock for your gold patrol? Like diffs transfer case etc I know you mentioned your gearbox is stock just wondering how everything else handles it
Like if I were to do a Barra swap and just aim for 300kw or so wanting to make a some what reliable patrol which may seem unrealistic but I guess I’m just curious

It's a tb4.5 gearbox. Just standard 5 speed. 👍

Generally around to 100 mark. Barra's like to run around the 92 degree mark, so they don't mind some heat.
If I keep on it for long enough it will keep rising. Once the gauge stops going round its at 120, and will want to cool down. 😆

What psi do you fellas run in your tyres when driving In this spirited manner?
About 15psi, we don't do donuts on the soft or grippy stuff or turn real hard and we have been pretty lucky with the bead staying on 🤘

It originated from my brothers car. 😆 then put on this with a big cut out for the snorkel. Looks trick! Leaks like a siv and makes everything rusty.. I blocked it all off, apart from a small hole for air to pass over the clutch master cylinder.
Not sure what the scoop is off.. 🤘

I'm guessing. But no reason they shouldn't keep the rating. Brakes, suspension and chassis are still the same.

Yeah they are a good thing. See my comments on the last couple 4x4 videos. I rate them for how good they are on road. But being so good, they don't quiet adjust well enough for off road. Not harsh off road use anyway. If makes sense. 👍
