Great webinar, Michael! My takeaways are: To ask great questions, understanding the 3P models are important - Project, People & Pattern. And great and focused questions could be like - What's on your mind? And what else? What's the real challenge here for you? My actions are going to be: instead of assuming problems or solutions or anything at all, I'll allow myself to be more curious and ask these questions until the person says that there's nothing else to add. Thanks for it!!

What stuck with me was that the opening statement is rarely the real challenge. My action: Inquiry deeper on the opening statement until discovering the real challenge. Thank you!

Thank you for the great video, I like the differentiation between coaching for performance and coaching for development. As a team coach, I think it's important to be clear about what you want to coach: performance or development

I would like to ask a few questions. Since English is not my first language(I am Brazilian), how could I replace or rephrase some of the questions mentioned in your video, so that they not sound so inquisitive. For example: what's on your mind should be translated as whats your your goal/problem or what's are you concerned about? What's the real challnefe here for you means what are the main consequences or the reward if something is or not accomplished? What's the desired outcome for you? Thanks for your time

Sergio - you'll have to find your own language to make sure the questions sound appropriate to your people, I agree. You're best approach is to find your own words in Portuguese and see how it goes ~
