What kind of pan did you use? Was it a springform?

She used a tube cake pan there are different sizes of them . I use a nordic tube pan m spring form pans has clips on the side clip use a lot with cheese cakes .

When you add all the sugar and flavors it doesn’t taste sour it’s used as a moisturizer. So that Acidic sour taste is drowned out with the sugars.
