I just got a Canadian phone number 2 days ago through dingtone, and a Canadian address from a friend in Canada just as you said in this video. So, should I start sending job applications with the newly drafted Canadian resume or wait till I enter the express entry pool or what do you advise I do please?
I think you should wait to get your COPR, that is your eligibility to work in Canada . Employers will ask for your eligibility before even interviewing you
