Kuku has been very successful with non veterans on his team even in that first iteration of T1 everyone on that team respects him cuz everyone was an up and comer at that time, even in the first iteration of Darleng, Dric and Jotun are literally no names but they reached the grand finals of the qualifiers, Kuku will never work with an all star team, look at the stint with Ana and Topson, he'll only work if he's the captain of the ship
