If I've said it before I'll say it again, my favorite version of this song without a doubt, but it takes on new meaning when u think about it. If I'm not mistaken this would be the last televised performance of their tour, even though they would have Knebworth to play, that concert wouldn't be recorded except for someone who brought a video recorder, and it was very little footage. To me I wish they could have ended the tour with this performance because it was the site of Freddie's greatest moments, hell for Queen it was like their MSG of Europe, to me you couldn't get any higher than Wembley Stadium in Europe especially back in those days. Another thing to think about, the man was obviously hurting, u can tell it in his voice, his body language, everything. He wouldn't get diagnosed with Aids until spring the following year but he was already starting to suffer from the earliest onset symptoms of HIV that went back to Live Aid the year before in 85, and it got worse by this time, so by the time the tour ended in August, there was literally no more he could do as far as touring went and he was turning 40 in September in 86, so the fact that he ended the touring gigs in the last few months of his 39th year was as real as it could get. Even if he hadn't contracted the virus I think he would have done the same thing anyway because he didn't want to continue on doing live performances when he knew he wasn't going to perform as well as he once did, especially with his caliber of a voice and stage presence.

Será que existirá outra banda parecida com essa? Perguntei porquê nessa época não tinha Facebook ou Instagram. Era no peito e na raça de ser bom....
