The blues were on fire today. I personally do not set a particular species to catch but hoping to catch something. If your not having fun you might as well be at work, lol. Great video
I usually have a broad range of “target” species but there is one species out there that is my unicorn I can’t catch.

@@G2COASTAL love catching them, hard fighting fish. If conditions permit, explosion on top water is awesome. Hopefully you land one soon. 🤞

Blues are great table fare. Bleeding them right after catching and cutting out the blood line when filleting will produce the best meat quality that most people prefer.

Yes, fishing in the summer is challenging everywhere, I'd most definitely enjoy sitting there catching a bunch of blues! Nice video man!

Good eye finding that spot at the right tide. Odds are water 50 yards either side would ne be as productive. What was your rod & reel?

Depends on the rod Im using for the day but 1oz is a great starting point.
