I used to live in the hood. Always was mind boggling to me seeing so many grown men just standing around all day doing nothing. I go to work, come home and still in the same spot.
They be in the same spot! Scared they will miss something!
Exactly
how about these guys don't live in the area but at your building all day !!?and when your home is burglarized they didn't see anything 🥺 it was time to go ?
@@anthonymurphy5850 Yeah. Me and my fiance split and I had no choice but to leave and better myself. None of those dudes were on a lease. They were all boyfriends and then they invite their homeboy over.

LOL!!!!!!! YES!!!!!
damn thats just sad to see. who would want to drop their kids off in a place like that? what if a drunk decides to act a fool around there.
That whole area of SE in the Anacostia area is pretty rough.
Children are the future
I live here … all I know when I start open up mines they better not get in my way lol
All those billions we waste overseas could have been used to help these cities.
Help them do what? Generations of welfare programs haven't produced anything except more generations of welfare dependent people.
Do what? Obviously seeing all the trash and hopefully this was a weekend video, otherwise no one was working.
What would they do with the money that's going to change anything, except just give people something for nothing, then it's not appreciated.
You cant help these indians
@@Theyralltakenfu There are plenty of ways that our tax $ and the printed funny money could be used to benefit the lives and futures of actual American citizens rather than it being given to foreign countries , corporations and special interests .
One thing that comes to mind is the complete overhauling of public education , vocational training , etc .
If I was dictator I’d use a decent portion of the military budget to protect our border , build a wall , and wage war on drug cartels south of the border .
I’d give citizens special incentives to stay fit , healthy , get married , have children , start businesses , do farming , learn valuable skills , train people and put them to work on
infrastructure projects .
The amount of $ and man power in this country , the possibilities are literally endless , but that would never happen in America because we’re too corrupt , in many ways we’re rotten to the core , not only are the people who currently control our system corrupt , but the minds of the people are corrupt .
Plus with the amount of piss poor illegals pouring into this country most of these things would just draw even more third world hordes into our country to milk us dry .
@@MITCHY_B_2003 This is what they tried to build in the Soviet Union, but failed. Now you can clearly see what capitalism leads to.

Yes they’re
Not at all
Isn't this where the "White House" is...? If so, what happened to those billions 💰 going to the "Infrastructure Bill", that was just recently passed- and suppose to fix up the cities...?
That's for people who care about their city, when you see trash etc everywhere. and no one working, why would they invest in this type of town.
Yes invest in the cities but not for the hood black parts. A lot of that money will go to developing more stuff for giant corporations
They are investing in the infrastructure just not where these areas are located
@@Theyralltakenfu well because that place regardless of the poor people is a place that represents who we are or suppose to be, it don’t take much to put some wood and drywall together to help to fill in the rough spots, shouldn’t be putting the poor in it, it’s not the poor fault many people with power tell stories and like their pockets with all this subtle talk we do for them
It's good seeing so many people taking outdoor seminars
You should be use to it. That’s all they do in your country.

Salute to Dc Im from Norfolk by way of Richmond. Live about a 1hr and some change from DC. Love it up there.
While the neighborhood was completely different then, we hung out like that after school, but that grew less and less as we aged, got our first jobs, and graduated. After graduation, it was on. I went into the military and never looked back.
Seeing all them dudes in a group with hoodies tied around their waste only says one thing, they all strapped.
Years ago in the late 1990s while visiting DC, I got on the metro rail system and while riding it I missed my stop and so I decided to keep traveling just for the fun of it. Born and raised in bmore and live in dc now, dc still has some bad hoods but it’s nowhere near as bad as bmore. DC is candy land compared to bmore. That’s just facts. Dc used to be crazy in 80’s and 90’s but bmore has consistently gotten worse and worse. The difference is DC has mostly nice amazing rich neighborhoods with some bad parts while bmore has mostly all bad grimey drug ridden neighborhoods all throughout the city with just a few good neighborhoods and the nice neighborhoods in bmore still look like bmore and nowhere near as nice as the nice rich spots in dc.
First of all there's no competition because DC is only competing with DC as you see everybody else wants to compete with us
And because we are the Nation's Capital you know presidential sh't they cleaned up most of the city but even after being the most gentrified city for 15 years straight up until 2020, at the end of 2021 DC had well over 200 almost 300 murders, Baltimore has average over 300 ever since the death of Freddie Gray and your highest total number is only 353, DC before gentrification average was 400 homicides a year please sit down it's not a competition,
You must be White. You talk like someone who is White & ain’t plugged into the real DC. You not all through the city like that. Right behind my house a 72 yr old lady was shot in the four head for breaking up a fight in front of the grocery store on Alabama avenue! 10 ppl died last week in one day over drug overdose on one block off Benning Rd you don’t know what you talking bout! Last week three ppl shot one dead in a rich neighborhood on Connecticut avenue & blocks away on Connecticut ave a lady jumped out the 8th floor window hand and feet tied trying to escape a dude trying to kill her you got a lot to learn bout DC! Go to LA it’s pretty there too & you’ll get smoked quickly! You ain’t street smart.
I'm still trying to figure out how D.C significantly cut their murder rate
@@FullyAutomaticAddict410 Gentrification,of course do you know how many black neighborhoods in DC have been torn down and remodeled just in 2000s along,
