    Update: I guesstimated 3 feet for the drainage depth up north referring to the frostline, but after researching more, it's recommended that the ditch be 8 inches to 2 feet deep unless otherwise specified by local municipalities. Yay for less digging! Please share your DIY experiences in the comments below!!

    I was looking for a Y connection from main drain line to drains of both houses. I couldn't identify where you did it.

      Hi Magsta! Our Y connection between the two houses was right on the property line of our two yards. You can see my installing it around 4 minutes into the video. It's more like a T connection than a Y connection. I hope that helps!
