In this explore we visit a unique Mansion that has some really cool features. Once a hot property for the super rich!
Included with the property are a 15 berth Nuclear fallout shelter,
An underground aquarium and cinema,
15 bedrooms and underground garage!
The property was viewed by Johnny Depp and the ex England captain John Terry.
The property was built in 2004 and the only actual occupants have been squatters way back in 2014.
Plans are to convert into Flats or pull the building down.

This was my dream home, was built by A&B homes, floor plans and video of house are still on their website.
The basement area by tunnel was built as a panic room.
The house nearby is actually the garage block with apartment built over for staff.
The underground aquarium was to be built in the lake house, again this is on the video.
Just waiting on my lottery win to buy it
That was absolutely mental! That place was huge.

I love abandoned houses. There is something mysterious and romantic with an air of adventure. This one is unique and very different. Did you see the man made lake on the grounds? I saw the master bedroom in another video and it is amazing! Huge! I can't imagine having two pools so close together. Would love to see the aquarium, Built of course. This could easily be made into a resort! Make your money back in 2 years! Great video! Thanks.

That place was ultra extreme with more rooms in the basement than anyone could imagine , shame the alarm was going off but what you showed us left me truly satisfied . It was Johnny Depps being built in 2005 but it got stopped being built in 2006 for unknown reasons

Nice video. The structure of the whole mansion looked pretty rugged. Even interior walls had thick concrete. The whole place was built to survive the apocalypse.

Yeh, I think it's some type of money laundering or organised crime related. Perhaps they use them for human trafficking or drugs operations.
Although Some are just left once the owners die with no next of kin and no on can afford to buy the place.

I have seen it from the outside but never the inside well done for getting in and showing some of it what a waste it was never finished probably run out of money Great video both.

gonna go ahead and say that these guys where probably building with limited funds and hoping someone would purchase the house while it was being built to fund the process and without finding a buyer its then sat unfinished

Oh wow what an crazy maze mansion that was, those pool is way too bigI would love to see how the other rooms look like upstairs but it is a huge place, not sure about the alarm it may have been just inside to let someone knows whoever live there knows there a trespasser in the house? I didn’t see the police arrived fast enough lol. Great job on this video 🙂. Maybe go back next time to just go upstairs lol

Why would you have a fallout shelter it doesn't make sense I like the indoor swiming pool and outdoor swimming pool and the rooms the land is nice shame the glass is broken why would you need to escape

It's not abandonded. It's an active construction site that does have an alarm and is wired to rhe police. This property belongs to Johnny Depp.
The property does not belong to Johnny Depp, he was 'reportedly' seen driving near the house. Locals thought he may be purchasing it. That's all.
