The Rotary Chronograph G3031 UCAR399 Gents Watch. This watch has 8 Modes: Time, Calender, Alarm 1, Alarm 2, The Zero Position, Stop Watch, Timer, Local Time and Time. I've got one of those too. I've just had to replace it with a chance find on eBay due to the battery leaking inside and ruining it. It's a very complicated watch I know that! Strangely though mine is model number 4450, but it's exactly the same as yours.
