Lowkey felt like she was dissing the brand and this is not the first time she’s dissed indian make up. Also she’s never critiqued high end products so strictly ever. Also zero research doesn’t even know that sugar does have base products it’s sad that she’s all for high end stuff now that she’s established!
I use sugar concealer its best better than Maybelline and Maybelline do research on animals too which I don't like and using its products...

Money baby! Free money (high end products) obviously that makes people tilt towards the boozy side of life. She's turned very superficial with her increased fame and honestly idk where will she go with that much of makeup that she owns because genuinely she has no eye makeup skills. Sadly All of her looks are very ordinary (for the position she's achieved) and none of them are super creative or extra ordinary. People forget to put extra efforts into what they do once they start getting things on their way easily. As for her she never comes off as a good influencer she's more of a person who enjoys and loves the idea of fame...

Title of the video is all sugar cosmetics but she is using too faced foundation and la girl concealer. And she criticised the setting powder saying it’s too white. If she has done minimum research, she would have known that there are many diff shades of setting powder by sugar.

If you had researched the brand before making an all brand tutorial, you would have known Sugar has base products. This is like basic common sense. And people are right to call you out for that.
Even if she didn’t do her research, she should’ve atleast come forward and told that she’ll buy the base products now that she knows about it and will review it in another video. Atleast do something to correct your mistake. “Logo ko toh kuch bolna hi hai toh kya kar sakte hai”, how dare you blame your audience for calling out your mistake? Hugely disrespectful!

No offence to her, but to be very honest she is getting short on content which is pretty evident. Like earlier she used to say "I'm not into makeup challenges and stuff " and now when she is short on content she is doing challenges but because you cannot only throw such videos on your audience, she is doing one brand tutorials of the brands she is getting pr from. Not getting the base products from her own is showing how much disinterested she is. The ironic part is being a beauty influencer she has no idea about what is currently famous among her audience as well as her community. I loved her channel earlier when she used to put some effort in her videos. Now her videos are either vlogs or her regular and repeated makeuplooks. Also now even i can put eyeliner properly with practice and she is not doing anything to improve her skills she is just giving excuses each time. Khud hi bolti ho practice karo aur khud hi nai karti ho.

My problem is with the attitude of giving positive reviews of small brands and never use it again in real. In that case Shreya Jain does that too, unnecessarily being over critic in the name of honest non sponsored review.

I think people are upset not with her review (her review was quite unbiased) but with her tone towards the brand in general. To pretend like she doesn't know much about the brand when its been around for a long time and with such BOMB products to boot. Sugar has some of the great formulas for their bullet and crayon lipsticks but the only problem with the liquid lipsticks is that they are drying and how! Oh god. Dry lip girls, wear lip gloss on the liquid lipsticks. I do that. ❤️

Mals! Try sugar base products na, and for sugar loose powders try the other loose powders. I don't know the name of the loose powders but I can say that the packaging of those sugar loose powders is 90% similar like Maybelline fit me loose powder

Well said. She is even trying to put down the brand. I mean we can understand that she only uses high end brands but not all high end products are good and all drugstore products are bad.
