- If you're the kind of person who would stop to help what you think is a stranded motorist, you should listen to Billy talk about what happened to him, when he did that. Things aren't always what they seem, as you'll find out, if you listen to this show.
Billy's encounter was different from any other encounter you've heard prior guests come on and talk about, on the show. The Dogman Billy encountered didn't adopt a look, but don't touch attitude, when Billy encountered it. As you'll see from the CZcams version of this show, Billy's got the scars to prove it!
Hey guys, I'm the kinda of guy that usually take bad things and throws then in the back seat and pushes on. I don't share my feelings and I'm very hard to shake up, not much bothers me. But I find that sharing these things are helping. I want to say thank you very much for Vic with the things he's doing with this and the help he's giving me and thank you guys for all the positive comments, it really helps. Thank you.
Billy Billy, I just wanted to thank you for telling us about what happened to you. I know it couldn't have been easy. But at least now you know you're not alone in that you're not the only one that has come upon one of these things, and lived to tell about it. Every person that talks about their experience brings us that much closer to perhaps being able to do something about them; although aside from groups of specialized hunters going out after them with military-grade weapons I don't know what much could be done. I can tell you after hearing all these very credible-sounding witnesses' stories I don't go out in my woods alone like I used to either. It's like we have two lives; the carefree life we had before, and the life we live after we find out about these awful things that are running loose in the world.

Well, I watched the papers and news in the area to see if anything bad every came about about the car or someone missing. if it would've, then I would've said something, but other than that, no, and the hospital, no, I've stitched up worse wounds on myself.

Exactly! I'll never understand why people just assume that other people are lying. Not only that, it's not all that easy to come up with a story like these that corraborate so well. Not just dog man, but other out of the norm stuff too. We need to learn from each other and not just what we're told is fact from authority.
Billy is the definition of a strong man. recalling this terrifying account takes a great deal of courage. I admire you, Billy

This man is incontrovertibly telling the truth. If you cant tell that, you're utterly devoid of the intuition that human communication relays in the moment of genuineness. What if the "thing" the Dogman was carrying was the driver of the abandoned car................
An actual attack? Makes me wonder how many other attacks have transpired over the years. To be the victim of one of these Dog Man creatures would be nothing short of terrifying. Thanks Billy for telling us the story. Just a reminder to us all to be extremely careful when We're out and about in those woods. Never know what is lurking in the darkest of shadows. I do remember another Dog Man encounter where a man literally had to battle a Dog Man. According to his story, which I believe 100%, the beast was attempting to force it's way into his home through a doggie door. Poor guy basically had to resort to using anything and everything he could find just to ensure that it did not enter his home.
I hope the dogman wasn’t eating the person who had been driving the car that he passed that was empty.
I've been on that pass Billy is talking about late at night - in the snow - it is scary at the best of time - without we he saw - made his story especially scary for me...this was in 2008....sheesh - these creatures are everywhere

As someone who has PTSD you can tell be the way he speaks and his breathing that it was a real thing for him. With those traumatic experiences talking really does help but its just taking the chance on the right person to tell. Glad he did and that he has a support system.
Just when I start to think that there is nothing to this Dogman stuff, I go back and listen to an episode like this and know this man is telling the absolute truth...and is not mistaken or is 'seeing it wrong'. What he says he experience is what happened, I am convinced. Its these 'good ol' boys' (and girls) shows that are so sincere to me. This man saw a Dogman, Werewolf.. whatever-This guy saw one. I wish I knew what this thing is and how come it is unknown otherwise....
Look at the large spread in the claw marks on his arm in that pic. This gives you a good scale as to how LARGE this thing's hands / paws were. Just imagine how bad it would have been if he hadn't had a thick sweater on.
Bill i hope that you are well and living your life even though it must be hard to forget this event. You sound like a strong guy so dont let this define how you live. There is an independent report to support this claim of an increase. David Paulides on Coast to Coast AM for 20jul15 @ 1:33 say there is a large increase in the mysterious disappearances. I suppose the question is now 'why?'
+James Schuur first of all, I don't wanna scare anybody. REALLY. However, since I heard of David Paulides' books, I have been following many cases of "strange disappearances" in Germany, as well as Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, etc, only to mention a few. Believe me, I was so scared last night and I showed a friend of mine the many bizarre and sinister cases which have the same "Modus operandi", profile, characteristics Paulides always talks about. There are many in Switzerland, but SO many, one more bizarre and surreal than the other, all happening in rural, wooded, forest areas or most strange of all: urban areas. And when bodies are found, guess what?! They don't know what killed the person and the forenciscs didn't help at all to solve the case. A musician, very known in Basel vanished between a bridge and the Army HD, in the middle of the night and was seen by many people on that place, in the city and away from the woods. The guy had no drug case or criminal records, his wife is more confused than I and nobody can explain how he got to the forest, far away from the city and then... died alone in the woods... and nobody can explain why or how he died. And like that, there are many more stories... The numbers increased in the last years, and this is no joke. I spent the evening looking some cases, I didn't read or check them all, but I found in one single night more than enough: 15 singular cases that match Paulides' books! I got so scared and so did my friend who was talking to me and checking the files, all via VIBER (he is in Brazil, and I don't need to add that people are vanishing there too, do I?). After discussing all these strange stories, we have decided to never go into the woods alone or even pass nearby a wooded area without a gun! I can't explain what's going on, but one thing I am sure: whatever or whoever is taking people away and killing them, or making people vanishing... is much more alive than me and is very smart to not let a trace or tracks or whatever.. I sent some cases to Paulides' last year and I have given him the page of the Swiss police, so he could get a glimpse of the "reality" we are in. Here in Germany the number of disappearances reach more than 60.000 people a year!! I advise all my friends and relatives: "don't go in the woods alone. Never. And if you can, bring a gun with you, please!". REALLY. All these cases can't be just a "historical coincidence". I wish I had an explanation... by the way, werevolfes were seen here too... and where I live the region is know since the Middle Ages as " Wolfsburg ". It tells a lot now, right? :(

This is THE MOST creepy episode for me to date. Was listening to it while in bed and by the time he got to the second herd of sheep I knew we were getting closer to the big meet so I started debating whether I should put the light on or not, then we get to the baby deer and where his momma is.....I'm half out the bed but I'm rooted to the bed still listening 🙈 then he gets to the car and I give up trying to make it to my light switch as I'm still rooted listening and waiting to hear what happens next. Well when he gets out that car and walks over then realises that ain't no person hunched over I dive back under my duvet 😭 wanting to his pause but wanting to hear what happens next. I've never ever had such a severe case of the willies like I did listening to this story. Then when the picture popped up well that almost finished me off! U can tell this man is being genuine, he saw something other than orange sheep that night and I wouldn't wish what happened to him on anyone 😒

Hey Vic, another great account...as usual. I have to let you know that out of all the other bigfoot and dogman sites, yours is by far the best.
Why? First of all you do not interrupt the person telling the account, you just let them do almost all of the talking. You'll interject a question or two to get a clearer pic. for us, the listening audience.
Then, what I personally appreciate, you bleep out bad words. Swearing has become so common that it almost seems that many do not even know that they are doing it.
My kids are being well educated about these things in the woods, but without the bad language to go with it.

Third time I've listened to this one, INCREDIBLE. The breaths and exasperated pauses and demeanor of this witness are what I come to expect from the genuine cases, seldom would someone be gleeful. We have to remember their legs aren't bowed or backward, they walk high on their toes, what we think is the leg is their heel.
For some reason I just really believe this man. I can feel his pain.
Billy your fortunate to have the support of your wife and children. I know that your not able to perhaps share the hunting experiences you'd like with your children but you have an experience that not to many people do have in which you can protect your kids from which is priceless..I wish you well and hope that you continue to heal and just know that you do have people out here like me that do support you! Wow! What an encounter this has to be the scariest episode to date this guy was actually attacked! I hope I never run into one of these beast and I hope everybody that listens to the show spread the word about these beast it does not matter if they believe it or not!! I would be looking for another job there is no way I could go in the woods after that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great show..............

Thank God Mr. Billy is alright! After listening to this Encounter it makes me realize that you just never know whats out there. When he stopped to help that person or people that might have broken down, His Heart was in the right place tryin to help . I was thinking maybe a scripture from the Bible might help with Mr. Billys nightmares and its PSALMS 91...many times Ive had nightmares and i would wake up shivering with fright and panic attacks. I would have to Pray and get my Bible and read a little before i settled down , relaxed to be able to go back to sleep. This whole Chapter in Psalms always helps me....Psalms 91.God Bless..

Billy, it's a miracle and good instinct you survived. I think most people would have froze in fear. You lived to share your experience. Incredible! I've hand scratches similar, breaking up a domestic cat fight. They were on my left side, from my ribs down my upper thigh. My neighbor almost fainted. My Dr cringed seeing them a week later. I also had bad deep bruising that continued to darken and deepen for at least a week. I wasn't bitten at all just scratched. Thank you for sharing I pray for your peace.

Judging by the size of those scars and the spacing between each mark i would say that's a large predator for sure. At least 5'.5"-6ft minimum a creature that size is gonna have one large appetite and will feed on anything as any opportunistic hunter would. Billy is one down to earth,no fuss type who just didn't expect to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
It would make sense that the prey was the mother of that fawn you saw.
Another Great Show! I agree John Smith. It's strange when friends and family members,who trust you on every other issue have a difficult time accepting it when something unexplainable or impossible happens to you. It's very brave to share encounters wiith others even if you receive a few negative comments from people who haven't experienced high strangeness.Those of us who have usually keep an open mind& appreciate hearing others tell their story.
I have listened to all Vic's interviews - this to me was the scariest..maybe because I have been down that road - and yes late at night and snowing going to Jackson Hole - yowser!
whatever happened to the empty car that you saw on the road coming down that mountain ,right before you saw the dogman,,,is it possible that when you saw the dogman in the road,that he had the person from the car ,eating them

I'll be 56 in August next month and I've never passed a vehicle with the hood up and someone needing help... but listening to Billy I should thank my lucky stars... ice hunted in the hills of West Virginia among other places for 4 decades and I thank God I never had a encounter with a bigfoot or Dogman...I do remember the moth man from WV but I've never ran into that thing...I was just a tyke when they first spotted it but then it eas showed years later near Charleston but now its either dead or it retired....

Finallybsomeone described the legs correctly. I hear so many people say they were like bent backwards, when actually all they're really seeing is a huge foot and a fairly short calf. The ankle and knee bend like ours. It may appear backwards, but it's really not.

Could the bruising underneath his arm rather than lower jaw bites marks happen if the dogman had a mouthful of meat from what ever he was chewing on but could open his mouth wider to bite the top part of his arm and the bruising from the pressure of jaw biting down. Seemed to happen in a flash but thought I'd share what came to me when I heard it. However mysteriously it happen... you're AMAZINGLY fortunate to receive only a warning & live to tell the tale. Thanks for having the extraordinary courage to tell about your terrifying experience!! I'm not glad these things exist but appreciative to learn that it's always important to be on alert. Thank you!
Not what happened to him... Rather what did not happen... The dm did not take the time to kill him or to severely mangle his body. Appears the dm was protecting his kill and once done he walked away to have dinner..

Those scratches look like it swiped from the underside of your arm. Like you said, your arm was prolly back behind you. It would have swiped with a left paw and the smack of the pad would have spread that bruise on the underside pretty bad. It looks like you may have a bone bruise as it looks like there's still a bump there. Think of the brute Force it smacked you with. Thank God it was motivated by the kill it had already made!(I mean it just wanted you to go away!) Everyone says look what you get for trying to help someone, but actually even in that, I believe God intervened for you, however that works!

These encounters break our world-view. It is difficult for everyone. We can adapt and be safer. I no longer hike by myself on remote trails. I always leave the forest before dark. Most of my unknown animal encounters have been in daylight. Guns are justified but may not be effective. Please don't shoot unless you are sure, like this unfortunate person, that you are under attack.

A very interesting episode. Lots of detail and real fear in the witnesses voice. I am at a loss for words as this either happened as he said it or he is a liar. Very strange indeed and the scars are compelling evidence. Of course they could be from another injury and they don't actually look that deep but this is possibly explained by the thickness of his clothing given the winter weather. So my conclusion without much more detailed analysis is that its Occams Razor and this really happened as told. PS still haven't seen any evidence of any in the UK....waiting to be convinced.
Exmoor Farmer They would not have been deep due to the density of the sweater and the shirt, he may also have been wearing long-underwear. The density would also depend upon the strike of the attacker: if it is closer or at the optimum angle then it would obviously be deeper. I also agree this was very compelling, certainly better than the old lady that Dogman stuck his head through her kitchen window and licked her!

I wish you'd ask for more detail of what it looked like, ask for details about the face, the body, the waist the arms, etc. The guy seems to be telling thetruth, good opportunity to get some good information on appearance.

I'm not the kind of guy to usually share things about myself but I'm finding sharing these things are helping, so I've got scars if you want to see pics of them.
Billy, KEEP THE LEFT DOOR CLOSED
For those of you reading this and live in an area where you think these creatures lurk or live. Don't go looking for them. If you have to walk in the woods go armed. Preferably a large caliber rifle .30 or .31 caliber and up (bigger) or a .12 Gauge. You can't go wrong with a 2 3/4 inch slug or my preference a 3 inch slug. If you're going to just carry a handgun carry .357 Magnum or larger. I prefer my .44 Magnum. I heard and read stories where shooting them in the head/snout (noise) area seems to hurt them. That's only in a last ditch effort for self defense. I go upstate about once a year and I go hiking in the woods. Walking around the woods I always carry my .44 Magnum revolver loaded with good quality ammo, extra ammunition and Bear Mace. If you ever read about dangerous game hunting such as in Africa using proper ammunition is important. Most game hunters prefer soft point ammunition. You want the bullet to penetrate deep into the animal you're shooting. 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP were all designed with military/police use in mind. In other words they were meant to use against bad guys NOT monsters or big scary animals with fur, teeth and claws.

has anyone ever been hit so hard you get a bruise on the others side of your arm. I think that is what happened to him, that dogman swiped at his arm so quick and forceful it bruised the other side of his arm.
This is the only show i know of on you tube that i know of reporting on the dogman. If there are others they dont have many on you tube. It is Awesome that you do this vic. Of course over the years you have heard of the dog man but not often so you don't t really think of it. I will do the search on Bigfoot and you get allot of videos and people on the bandwagon. Some shouldn't be allowed on here lol. That guy that does the Bigfoot in costume on a toilet and goofy ones dressed up for instance yet he got over a million views. People think its funny i don't even see the humor in it. Glad your doing this to make people more aware. I think those dogmen are evil. More to them then just biological. They can be killed but there sure is a evil element to them. Yes there are Bigfoot that kill people. There are good and bad ones. Tho you do hear of Bigfoot helping people and videos of verbal contact. With the dogmen it's just plain evil. If they would just stay deep in the woods it would be OK but the problem is is they have been reported in towns. And i heard of vic saying of one report of One in the city limits of Cincinnati ohio.

Im just listening to this for tge first time. I hope Billy has worked thru the PTSD. My question is: Was it possible this dogman caught the other driver and had killed him and was eating him? He said it had its back to him and was bent over as if eating something. It seems that Billy caught him off guard and since this thing may already had been eating it just wanted to scare Billy away to protect his food. That's why Billy was only scratched or bitten and lived to tell the tale. It went right back to its meal, running off into the woods with it after Billy got scared off. I hope it wasn't the other driver. That would be horrifying.
That crossed my mind too. But I believe it was a sheep it was eating due to the herds running. If the cars driver side door was left open, then I might be more suspicious.
I also drove through Bozeman’s mountain passes during a snowstorm, exactly where Billy was, and I saw an occasional abandoned car. Most likely, they couldn’t make it in the conditions and hitched a ride down.
I don’t doubt that these monsters have killed many people, but they ‘generally’ avoid us. If it wanted to kill him and save him for later, it very easily could have. So..probably a sheep.
I really don't think it ment to hurt him if he did he wouldn't be telling the story for us I hope that he recovered from it
Prolonged healing looks to be from being bit down to the bone-the right fang punture 1st pic the one closest to wrist I think, (2nd pic is flipped, note button), you can see added swelling. Any cut/puncture to the bone causes the body to go into ultra-high gear anti-infection mode. Due to marrow and blood infection spread threat. 1.5 to 2.5 weeks sounds about right for healing time. The gap between fang marks looks to be wider than common dog/coyote etc. In fun/jest: Does he now howl at full moons? 🙄
So glad the D.G. was eating before he got there or he might of been the prey. I believe Yahuah was watching over him.

I love these stories and I believe almost all of them (although I do think a few get exagerated a bit) but it never ceases to amaze me how when people are attacked and injured they never seem to take a photo of the injury when it's fresh. It's always when it's almost healed and almost indistinguishable from any other type of scratch. Also yeah, I agree with other people on here. I would have definitely got a tetanus or some type of disinefection shot.
Vic Cundiff, I've been listening to your show since April 2018. I've been sharing your show other's. From the sounds of Dogman no weapon is effective AGAINST him except for prayer in Jesus Name...

I was wondering how Dogman would react to a flame thrower ??? I don't believe even Dogman could survive a flame thrower... The military may have already used this weapon. If you know please share this information.

I would think it'd be incredibly difficult to mistake the two, as they are supposedly very, very different in appearance. and considering this guy was wasn't more than about 10-20 feet from it when it turned and looked at him? well, if it were me, there'd certainly be no doubt in my mind what it was.
