man i gotta say, idk why kizer is as underrated as they are. Not gonna lie they had a bit of a *HICCUP* with their *HICCUP* model, but with these new models coming out. Its hard to stay mad at them. I need that mini sheep dog to complete my sheep dog lineup. The tanto on the begleiter 2 is gorgeous. But i’m most excited for their xl button lock and their axis lock. Definitely gonna order one of each regardless.

My favorite Kizer is the Begleiter XL Button lock. I am thrilled that they are doing a smaller button lock now too. The rest of them are great too, can't wait to get them in hand.

I love my Begleiter XL. I also recently got Reylight's Mini and regular sheepdog in that frag micarta with removable flipper tabs. Loving them!

Love the Kephart style spear point blade on the Drop Bear. Like bringing “old-school” up to date with all the cool features added. Kizer’s hitting home runs!
I really like this blade style. It's kind of like Bushcraft meats pocket knife.

I'm liking that new Begleiter XL, it's on my list!
New to knives in 2022 and after lots of research I chose a Kizer Cormorant XL for deployment methods and 3V steel and a Hogue Deka for Magnacut steel and the axis type lock. I wish Hogue was offering more scale materials like Kizer to compliment the design and steel, in terms of sweet spot of steel, scale material, deployment action, and price (even availability), who's getting sweeter than Kizer right now? Who seems to have their finger on the pulse in terms of what people are asking for in folding knives more than Kizer outside of small/custom makers? The name doesn't have the same prestige but Kizer is my darkhorse favorite brand as a new knife nerd. I get excited about a Civivi or something but then I see the equivalent from Kizer for like 25% more with better everything

Dude. I have been saying the same thing. Everything we have needed they are putting out. I'm blown away by Kizer. Which makes me happy because I've been a fan. The jimping! The blade steels. Best micarta around. And I know lanyards aren't cool anymore. Lol. But I love a little something extra to grab from the pocket. And then just blowing benchmade away with their clutch. Great brand. And affordable!
I for some reason hated those years we had when it was all Spiderco and Benchmade. Overpriced for what they are. And I get it. Some people want manufactured here. Ideally I would too. But I was rooting for Civivi and Kizer. And they've been killing it. Let alone all these other budget brands doing great too. CJRB puts out some great knives as an example. But Kizer is just killing it.
I've had a Baby cross carry for a while and I love they are following Azos lead with the jimping. I'm a simple man. Amd he did the Drop Bear. Revolutionary.
Shit even the Cormorant is just an insanely great design. Some people hate it but it's super functional. I had to get something with the Serape g10 and that was a perfect combo. Only knife I've gotten just because of looks. And turns out it's design is amazing. Once again. Jimping! Lol.

I’ve carried my begleiter 2 button lock for months and i love it. Would love an XL but hard to get in the UK, would have to order from WMK.
Wish they made a button lock deviant in all micarta. Love my copper/micarta but it's a chonker.
