I like to mix in extra maraschino cherries, bit of vanilla extract, coconut pieces and pineapple chunks are optional and cinnamon on top. You can also use heavy cream instead of the canned table cream. 😋

I wouldn't. You could try it in a small seving bowl to see how it tastes before making a huge batch. Its all up to preference
