Gorgeous! This my idea of a dream home! Why don’t they make houses like this anymore? This is a million times better than those cold, dull, character-less, clinical looking “modern” office buildings with kitchens some people (builders) try to pass off as homes. THIS is a home - very inspirational!

I live in one of these styled house it gives me the ecanto vibes it was really really expensive though....my parents lost half of their fortune but it’s really worth buying we make sure we’re never going to move because how much it cost and the extra land.

Love the house, but i prefer the 70's and 80's type of spanish colonial interior than the recent one. It was way more lively and cozy, cimpare to the the recent interior styles of spanish colonial houses that i saw.

iayyam Its a mix of Arabic and European. If you go anywhere in the Arab world from morroco to Iraq you can see the lineage but also the differences. Its definitely influenced and rooted in Arab architecture but its clearly a lot different and evolved separately.

This house is inspired from andalousian arabe architecture . It's clear in some touchs like parks outside the home.
The exterior is great. I love everything. They need to renovate the kitchen and the bathroom. They are dark and old. I like the tile though.

Beautiful! Personally I don't like the interiors. I'd keep the original flooring and archways because those are GORGEOUS. But I'd change the furniture. Make the dining room a little more bohemian meets industrial, and have lots of plants. The living areas are kinda meh for me, so I'd def change it. The kitchen countertop is beautiful, but I'd change the counters and cabinets and make them white. The bedrooms and bathrooms need a little updating. The range btw is SPECTACULAR and so classy. The outdoor space is already perfect so I wouldn't change a thing. Maybe one day I'll be able to buy this.
It’s designed on the “Spanish” style! What you need is probably a loft style home where you can mix industrial style with modern! Or you need those mod homes like they’re flat clean lines lots of windows….Spanish style homes are not your thing!

Wrong, "Moorish Style" as the entire known academic world knows that the Moors brought this particular style of north African or Moroccan style of architecture to the Iberian peninsula during the Berber and Arab conquest. They were my ancestors.
This style is not Spanish, it is an Islamic Andalusian style
