My life has come to an interesting place that I actually went to the website to look at this bag. I'm so used to getting whatever is cheapest without too much consideration. Joe always talks up details of everything in ways I've never considered. I would have no problem throwing down half the price of this bag on a dinner out, but for some reason balk at the idea of spending more on a bag. But, in reality, investing in something you use daily, and something you feel is "special," like a gift to yourself. It's a different mind shift for me. Good video.

Shout out hip mobilization and distraction with resistance band.
For real though, I know you ~could~ work out in anything, but you feel SO much better and like you can accomplish more and hit goals more when you're wearing the right things.
Maybe I overdo physical therapy with tights and a tank top, but I guarantee you my ladder work is cleaner than the ogres in denim and sequins. 🤢
