- जब पुलिस आपको थाने में बैठने के लिए मजबूर करे तो ध्यान रखने योग्य बातें । मानवाधिकार आयोग में पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ शिकायत कैसे करें? यह वीडियो आपको थाने में अपने अधिकारों को पूरी तरह से समझने में मदद करेगा। यदि आप थाने जाते हैं लेकिन अधिकारी एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं करता है और आपको थाने में बैठने के लिए मजबूर करता है, तो आप एसएचओ (स्टेशन हेड ऑफिसर) से एफआईआर दर्ज करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। एसएचओ भले ही आपकी एफआईआर की उपेक्षा कर दे, एफआईआर दर्ज कराने के लिए आप एसपी कार्यालय जा सकते हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार पुलिस को पीड़ितों को परेशान करने या मारने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है।

सच तो ये है police आती है घर बिना जांच किए उठा ले जाती है बात तक नई करती है और थाने में ले जाकर बिठा लेती है और fon करे किसी को तो fon को छींन लेती है fon को police अपने pass रख लेती है
भाई ज्यादा से ज्यादा अपने अधिकारों को जाने और जो हमारे अधिकार है वह पुलिस को बताएं

All the things r good to hear about sec150 I.P.C.or any section mentioned or Supreme Court.In any P.S.nothing happens without money,either for our convenience or otherwise.or influence counts.SP. is main Lots of experience with P S.S ,as I lead some organization.Starting from Minister,Home Secy ,SP.etc were in contact ,but very often I spoke with money,although I had good relations with them &they new very well ,that I had contacts with higher ups.It is not that I am speaking against P.S.,but the system ,chain stands now ,for expediating some matters.Rules beside,Rights beside,money plays as a catalyst.With no prejudices.
