If you pull the roast from oven @ 130-135 it will be cooked WAY past med-rare after resting for 20-30 minutes, you have to pull it no higher than 115,

Looks like it rolled down a grassy Hill when it was finished
Its called a RIB ROAST not a ribeye roast.
