- A slippery, crunchy, joyous delight, Oxford lads Glass Animals have gone from mysterious upstarts to main-stage mainstays in the blink of an eye. Emerging in 2014 with their infectious debut single 'Gooey', very little was known about these boys. As information and tracks began to tumble out, it became clear that there was a big fish on the line and subsequent debut album Zaba was all the confirmation we needed. Flying in the face of second album syndrome, the follow-up 'How To Be A Human Being' has fared even better, earning Glass Animals a Mercury Prize nomination and confirming them worldwide as a must-see live act.

they really introdused me to lots of other fricking good bands such as radiohead, the strokes...and they are the reason why i love music so fucking much. and i never will feel any band being as a part of my family as them. they are the reason why im still here
In my case it would be Metallica, my favorite genre is metal, it has been a long time since I listen to anything that is not of that genre or very similar, but when I started listening to these guys, they really blew my mind, they're really awesome, love their music, and Dave's voice is SOOOOOO good ahhhh hail glass animals
I hope everyone watching this gets to experience Glass Animals LIVE atleast once in your lifetime man, including me.
I saw them in March at okeechobee music festival and it was so surreal and such an experience. I wish I could go back!
I am so excited they are coming to play San Francisco at an outdoor show. I am only going to the first day which mirrors my plague jams: The Strokes, Tyler the Creator and Kruangbin- when I saw Glass Animals it was a lock. Dave's energy is infectious. Well maybe that isnt appropriate term these days. Iwas so stoked to hear good synth pop and there is a real sort of vulnerability to his lyrical story-telling. And after watching Melt I am so pumped. That was a great set.

These guys are great live, anytime, but once you've seen the clip of Other Side Of Paradise from Red Rocks nothing else is the same.

Herr Steppsch On July 2, 2018 Joe got hit by a truck while cycling in Dublin while on their tour for HTBAHB and they had to cancel the rest of their shows but thankfully Joe survived and I’m pretty sure he’s made a complete recovery already

All the shows were cancelled for this year because Joe (the drummer) was hit by a truck in a bike accident. He's alive thankfully. But won't be performing until he recovers.

It’s one of the first acts of the festival, and it’s held at a place rather far from most major German cities. Many were just tired after a long trip and setting up camp and glass animals at that time wasn’t really that popular to get people too excited. Such a shame for a damn good concert like this.
