In France Steeve Estatof won the second Idol contest in 2004, he is a metal and punk-rock singer. His first audition was with Lithium (Nirvana) and for the last show he sung Highway to Hell...he was lucky because no one told him to stop singing metal songs. It he would live in America he would anyway have quite different kind of carreer and life I think. He noticed that he can sing only when he was 18 and he never had any singing lessons. During his last European tour this autumn with Amoral he was much praised by the metal and rock media and the audience as well .. he is still on his way as a vocalist.
Yeah I thought the same till I looked him up....he still looks this young today. Crazy Huh?
Estonia had a show on TV (EESTI LAUL 2012) with Metsatöll & Estonia Male Choir (RAM), they played Vaid Vaprust, Mina Kodu and other songs. Metsatöll is a Folk Metal band so it's rather different from this. Just type down "METSATÖLL - Vaid Vaprust" on the CZcams search bar.

That´s how he actually started singing and got known by the audience, so why not? He is now vocalist of the Finnish progressive metal band Amoral, who make music quite of their own style.
