i hope this helps you dude, E - G#m- A - A/B, he uses those four chords for most of the song but there's a bit where he uses C#m and then he keeps on playing the C#m shape but the bass note ( the lowest note) he moves he's index finger to C Instead of the C# after that is F#- B- A, there's a part where after B he goes staight to E to start with the main four chords againd, i learn by ear hence why i don't know the name of the chord after C#m but those are all the chords he uses, Good luck.
