I purchased this tie rack. Unfortunately, it did not work without help. The concept is great and once I help it along, it works like a charm. I especially like the light. sadly, I do not feel that the rotating mechanism is good at all. The fact that it hangs up and I have to help it along before it moves 1 centimeter makes the product unlikeable. Maybe I got a defective product. I haven't heard back yet after purchasing on Amazon. I have videos on my phone I can share.
