26:18 He has already commented on some podcasts that in one of the years, if I'm not mistaken in the year of 2020, he recorded everything in two days, including the sound of the instruments and the performance for the video, but it was crazy, I believe that in the following years he did it with more time, but he kind of has to do everything at the end of the year because he has to wait for the songs to be released and sometimes there are really good songs that are only released in November/December. Of course, he starts the process much earlier, but it's only at the end of the year, with the selection of songs for the project complete, that he manages to make thismasterpiece for us.

So about when he starts, I believe he metioned that it is as the years starts, when he hear a music that could fit into the video he goes and think of a way to put it there.
But thats is only to organize his thoughts, the real work starts in December, where he gather the team and start doing the preps, the actual shooting takes about a week (this year and last year they rented a studio in Rio, he is from São Paulo).
