Excellent advice. I have learned thru hard experience not to depend on others for my life's motivation and happiness. As one of my best supportive housing caseworkers once told me when it comes to girl friends not to depend on them for motivation because what if we break up than i'll be back to where i started with no motivation to do anything. Like Sonny Chiba once said in THE STREET FIGHTER, " Depend on no one! Be your own number one man! ". Thanks for fantastic life guiding videos and have a great weekend ☕
Lotsa truth in these cliches. Think positive! Keep negative people out of your life! Depressed people are a real downer. (?) Or can we show a little compassion for these ugly negative depressed individuals...And if I am depressed, where do I go? Not to the homes of the positivity seekers it seems. If those living with family members are depressed, what then? Kick them out?.
