  • The Chase Bliss MOOD is an effect pedal that loops and processes your audio in interesting ways. It features an adjustable buffer that's always sampling your input, ready to release a loop into the wild that's been stretched, reversed, and more. It also can process the signal through an effects section featuring reverb, delay, or adjustable mini-buffer.

If you're crafty and you have a smaller budget, check out the Axoloti Core board. The board can run virtual modular effects that you can build yourself & then play those patches with a (usb or din) midi controller. Basically a DIY-anything-you-want-pedal for 65€ (~$75). They even have a bunch of the mutable instruments goodies, lots of glitchy stuff, granular, etc. The community contribues tons of modules/patches.

I am wondering how this "Item" could be used in the composing of a song? It would be hard to incorporate it into a salable piece of music. Unless it were to be used in that, for lack of any words "Digital or electronic" music. I think David Foster and people of his caliber would be pulling their hair out trying to make sense of what to do with it. If someone out there can enlighten me, I would love to hear any upside that could encourage me to spend 10 minutes with it. Let alone buy and eventually return it. Shawn S.
