    I have the SuperCoach vacuum from my previous place of employment, as they didn't need it. Works really good at picking up dog hair! The one I have was made in October of 2009.

      Thats great! Dog hair gets everywhere so its best to use a solid vacuum. Thanks for stopping by!

      @@OctoCleanMedia I have a 20 inch hard floor tool with nylon brushes, which is perfect for cleaning large spans of hard floors. Also works great for cleaning walls!

    I feel stupid this hold time. I didn't know you could hook the extension cord to that thing so it doesn't get caught on tables or desks and end up flipping it. Thank you for opening my eyes because I felt frustrated, and now I gotta go to work tomorrow and explain why I vacuum the way I vacuum.

    Just bought proteam super coach pro 6 qt with straight telescoping handle and the problade attachment keeps falling off no matter what I do. There is no metall ring. It's just plastic tube goes into plastic wand. Please advise.

    • @OctoCleanMedia
      @OctoCleanMedia  Před 3 měsíci

      Interesting! The pro blade should be a simple push on accessory, we recommend checking all components to make sure set up was done accordingly. Part number 107529 (Telescoping friction fit wand) is designed to attach and stay attached.

    How do you convert to blower

    • @OctoCleanMedia
      @OctoCleanMedia  Před rokem

      The process of converting a vacuum into a blower varies depending on the specific model being used. In some cases, it may simply require switching the position of the hose, while other models may require the use of an accessory. It is recommended to consult the user manual of the vacuum in question for detailed information on the conversion process. User manuals can typically be obtained from the manufacturer's website.

    What type of vacuum would you recommend for an office space that the only carpeted spaces are 14x14 offices. I've used this vac for that but doesn't seem efficient

    • @OctoCleanMedia
      @OctoCleanMedia  Před 8 měsíci

      A battery powered vacuum would be our rec for small carpeted areas. It will save you time unplugging, winding, and plugging back in the cord as you move from room to room. Battery run time is always a problem or concern, but with less carpet, it should work for the facility mentioned. If it is a concern for your other accounts, buy multiple batteries that you can just switch out. ProTeam makes a great one.

    It was a bit confusing, the cord... Are you saying we should vacuum the floor starting from the outlet and then working or vacuuming our way out to the rest of the room... dropping the cord as we go? I'm guessing "yes", but I had to watch that part of the video about 8 times before I understood. Sorry if I'm not too bright.

    • @OctoCleanMedia
      @OctoCleanMedia  Před rokem

      Great question! Yes, dropping the cord as you go helps to distribute it throughout a space without it getting caught on something. Sometimes cleaners will yank on a cord which can damage personal or customer equipment. Both of which are a no no! Thanks for commenting!

      You should definitely reach out to ProTeam support about it, especially if the vacuum is new.

    Does Greg have a preferred ProTeam attachment for use on hardwood floors? I can't decide which attachment option to purchase for a hardwood option. I have a ProTeam vac with the Xover mult-surface wand. The multi-surface wand works well but I am concerned it may scratch hardwood.

    • @OctoCleanMedia
      @OctoCleanMedia  Před rokem +1

      Hi, Tucker. Greg uses that same wand for hardwood. As long as you have the purple shoe kit attached, it should prevent scratching. If you are still concerned, their hard surface tool with horse hair and nylon brush blend is meant specifically for floors where scratching can be an issue.
