This feels like it'd be a viral video in 2007 that **no one** could decipher how it was made due to the limited technology, i love this.
I was studying animation around that time and you definitely could do something like that with your home computer, especially if it only had to look like what an N64 could render in real time. The biggest problem would be streaming it. I think the first time a watched a streaming demo that looked as good as a pre-downloaded file was around 2009. So this video would've probably been at most a 480p video on youtube (that you'd leave buffering for a bit before watching) and maybe a 720p DivX/XviD file you could download from some website or with eMule or bittorrent.

I’m shocked Nintendo hasn’t made a Zelda rhythm game where Hyrule is struck by a curse where everyone has to dance all the time and Link has to boogie to Ganon’s Tower to defeat him in a breakdancing competition.

it's the fortnite breakdown emote. a lot of people swear they've seen it from a cartoon or something but no one can find the origin (that I've seen) except only one part of the whole dance in a japanese dance routine (the arm to head snap part)
