Router Tips - How to Make a Subwoofer Box Hole Bigger - (Updated Version)

Here's my method for imbiggoning a subwoofer hole. This trick works for many applications that you need to shave a small amount off. you can use any size round over bit thats half as big as you need the hole to be bigger. A simple 4 pc bit set with various bearing sets will allow you to shave off literally any size you can imagine from 1/8 to 1/2 inch off the ID. In this case 1/4 inch using a 1/8 round over bit.

Use a rabbiding bit with a known cut depth will make things easier
