- Human communication is 45% body language, 45% tonality, and only 10% words. Words matter when you are speaking, but you need to understand that you're communicating even when you're not speaking. To be perceived as an expert you need to master this skill.

Watching this made me realize how good leonardo is at acting
Osmo ツ facts
100% true
Fuck yeah. He deserved an Oscar for that!
Wow, now me too. He was acting just a him: facial expressions, the enthusiasm and mixed with a temperament which is somewhere on the line between madness and genius
He certainly is! No doubt at that
Applying the same principles while simultaneously teaching them....that’s a skill.
Not everyone is perfect at everything.
He is really good at what he does.
he didn't really explain tonality or body language though, gave a bit of an example...can't really learn those from a lecture ig
Just copy his moves lol
@@Anonymous-wv9zvyou mean lying and taking the last dime from people who can’t afford it? Anyone who is remotely enamored with this grifter needs help.
He should consider a second carrer as a doctor, handwriting is on point
Well, he went to dental school, before dropping out...
🤣🤣🤣
Hahahaah
🤣🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂
hahahahahahahahaha
People in the audience being sold on how to learn how to sell. He's a smart guy!
Not smarter than the guy who left a comment in the comment section
@Adrian not talking about being sold tickets or admission prices. He's selling more than just seats at a seminar. Selling begins with intangible factors like like planting ideas and building trust. Happens long before someone makes a physical purchase.
@Adrian jordan doesn't do free my guy
😂😂😂😂 trueee
It's effective bro I really apply in our language Damn my 1st 10 call I got 4 close deal on the spot ... It's powerful... This training is just a glimps
Sales techniques is extremely important, but your mindset if the most important thing.
Sales is all a mental game!
Onanism... Is the mental state u r in
Exactly. Your mindset can determine how well you implement sales techniques in the first place
Yes, but entire life is mental game too.
Life is all About Positive Mindset
@@David-nu6kw and it's really hard to win I hope i will survive this year and find the way to win
Finally someone with handwriting as bad as mine
I feel the same
sad news : actually the ideas are flowing too fast for him to concentrate on writing so it is not naturally like that
I can relate
Its not about the hand writing that matter, its the "message" that he is delivering, that's was most important
Except he’s a millionaire
Crazy how his explaining his methods while deploying them. He's doing alll 3 while lecturing us on doing those same things.
Noticed that as well. 💯
Need a lot of coke to do that.
@@jaycho6747 ah i 👀 what you fid there😉
Been in sales my entire life (Commercial Real Estate and Lending). Everything this guy says is 100% on point. People give Jordan a bad reputation because of his past. But ya know what, he is an absolutely incredible Salesperson and a great coach.
Wow I am a new bie in real estate marketing, It would be great learning from you
@@DatiusDeodatus Lol you’re going to learn from some random guy in the comments section that could be anywhere in the world for all you know. Interesting take.
@@smlofficial6911 Only a random guy who's really good at sales would leave a comment like that.
Yeah, I mean, some of the best criminals are the most convincing salesmen.
@@DBCOOPER888yeah you should know. Ur literally db cooper
When I was a salesman I watched these videos, years later I'm building my skillset to include construction and it's crazy how I remember everything from this video. Jordan Belfort has a freaky way of grabbing your attention
The way he writes he will give doctors a run for their handwriting, but the way he teaches sales is far more valuable then any seminar that I have been in my entire life.
8:40 Charisma made of:
1. Effective tonality
2. Appropriate body language
3. Not saying silly things.
in other words:
1. Not sounding boring or dumb
2. Not looking boring or dumb
3. Not being dumb
.....solid advice from the Jordan
no, he said not saying STUPID SHIT.
What I like about Jordan is he approaches sales from a holistic view. He doesn't discount education or other fields that aren't his own. He takes the best from everything and applies it.
When he couldn't flip the paper 6:47 he handled it so smoothly
Jacob Lim I was just thinking the same thing lmao
@facethief I'm also thinking that he's a psycho, but I'm also one of them with a couple disorders. Genius and madness aren't very different, in fact big sucess stories are often the compensation for mental dysfunction. Napoleon Bonaparte and his height is the perfect example for that. Also many bosses are narcisstic.
@@RaptorProducts1991 Napoleon's height was pretty average for his time. It is because of british propaganda that everyone think that he was a small dude.
@@danielwanger5919 who knows...
Too short for that board lol
This guy can sell a diesel truck to greta thunberg
How dare you?
loaded with used up plastic water bottles in the truck bed, to be dumped in the local river where the deer and children get their water.
How dare you ruined my childhood ?
Dude! Great one
Haha
So true. Your tone and body language is essential. My competition is the Internet as a Travel Consultant I have to bring value to my clients and beyond. Also another thing follow up with your clients make them feel important. I make sure I email them or call them. I try to bring the human connection and that bring value.
You gotta be kidding me, this lesson is literally a chest filled with gold.
4:28 - Sharp as a tack. Enthusiastic as hell. An expert.
5:46 - Tonality gives you control of the conversation. We draw their attention.
6:08 Tonality and Body language. They should deep down feel that you care. Btw these 2 are 90 of the conversation.
8:43 Charisma = Effective tonality, effective body language, not saying stupid shit.
6:54 Rapport is based on 2 elements - 1. Prospect think that you care
2. He is same like me(atleast on some level)
1:35 Not just for sales but he is giving good information when you are going for an interview
When I’m in the flow, tonality and body language goes automatically
flow state is everything. we all naturally have this when we're in it, you just don't know what it is until you've consciously experienced it.
This man was born to teach people
What's so good about this is that even while training he's selling. Also after watching a lot of these videos it's interesting to spot when someone is trying to sell or influence you.
Leo played his body language perfectly!!
Lloyd Bonafide who are some good actors to you if DiCaprio is bad?
So solid! Love how he focuses on how important it is to focus in style and not words. The power of our questions dictate the quality of their responses
After watching this I now realize what a great job Leonardo DiCaprio did playing Jordan Belfort
Literally read this chapter in the book amazing how he was able translate this to paper so well
This man has hell lot of energy he energised me
This is so simple yet absolutely brilliant and amazing
Classics, Jordan! Keep 'em coming...!!
This is brilliant and amazing extremely difficult to train and coach sales professionals to do.
Jordan is such a very great speaker! I'm sold.
Massive respect to you sir. He's helping so many people in the sales game and not for the money
For the 😺
Oh my goodness, I'm learning so much from him right now!
Your CZcams channel is so full of inspiration and great ideas about communication. Thank you. 👍
Judging by his handwriting, I’m supposed to be in sales.
Yep
I have learned so much using Jordans techniques.
Thank you so much for this.
There is nobody like Jordan he is on another level
Algo muy importante que agregaría es la "mentalidad" y la preparación, si no tienes la mentalidad correcta será más difícil lograr la tonalidad, lenguaje y palabras, claro prepararse también.
Pero si en esencia son 3 puntos clave
1. Lenguaje corporal
2. Tonalidad
3. Palabras
I've been in sales for 15 years. He is 100% right, and one of the few that are able to also teach it so simply. Obviously sales isn't easy, but it is simple when you boil it down.
You k ow Jordan I am from a 3rd world country, and english is not my first language+accent is strong but I am so influenced by your life story I bought your book and kept watching videos and now I finally get it .... I have been bombing sales lately but I will keep improving using your technique. Thanks for inspiration
How are you doing now?
Thank god i’m italian so I can skip the body part
Haha. I'm German ... :-((

Love JB. He is the man!
i love such information by jordan belfort! he is by far the best sales trainer i can find on youtube. helping me everyday . LONG LIVE JORDAN BELFORT
Skills in motion. Complete authority talks to the subconscious.
I am just like you... this one line is magical
Thank you JB!
Two of the most important things in selling. Thumbs up brotha! 👍
Jordan is too much.. he is so f'ing good. What an absolute master.
Jordan is using the board for effect. Such a Di Caprio thing to do!
Golden !! This is priceless info . Thanks Jordan
Came here to see If Leo played him well, and got hooked on this complete video, understood everything.
All golden points, especially the last point that I m just like you.
Is there a apart two for this series? This is fantastic
This guy can sell sand to Dubai
Phoenix they actually buy sand for when they make the little islands. The sand over there isn’t strong enough. It doesn’t stick together as well
Australia does that already
This is so good!
Can honestly say this works. I have zero college, have some military background and 3 years ago I walked into one of the largest investment firms in the world. No series 7, no series 63, no history in finance or anything like that. Barely passed high school. By the time I walked out of there I had a job in finance and I’ve been there for the last three years and I’m fucking crushing it. It’s all about how you present yourself.
How did you do it Brandon

Great insight

Hi snot
Awesome video 🍾🍾🍾🍾
the best sales master i have ever seen in youtube. greets from Malaysia.
damm...i watched your film over and over and over and over again !!!
Excellent!!!
You don't know me sir but you helped me get a remote job for your country. I have zero experience and I'm from a third world country. Thank you very much sir. :)
0:55 - 1:10 when we are in control its the prospect who is doing the talking while we ask smart questions
THIS IS A MASTERPIECE !
Guy's. Some people are saying the straight line doesn't work blah blah. When it comes to tonality. A mistake that i made was trying to sound like JB. You can't be like JB. You have to increase YOUR totality so it sounds just as good as JB. You can literally improve your voice. You can train it. Aim for implement. Always❤
This guy may have done some bad things but his skills are on point !! Guy could sell almost anything ❤
Learn from the best and he is the best.
imagine jordan belfort and dan Pena on stage 🎆...now that's something i would pay money for 🏁
100% man
Actually Jordan meets Dan in his podcast
Someone finally sold him his pen!
the best sales lecture I have ever watched.
Love it!!!
Me acting like a sales man, going to office every day, visit my clients site and pitch them, guide my sales engineers to support me, to go to meetings to meetings as our everyday work. For such an introvert, I deserve an Oscar.
Fabelhaft! That’s probably the most overlooked factor in sales, tonality according to words and effects you want to accomplish
Great vid!Could you tell us that the book you read to improve/upgrade your selling skill?(I've just finished reading THE WAY OF WOLF and it helped a lot)
Jordan..as crazy as this may come across..everything you say..i already was that person several years ago. I totally concur and you are 100 right. Test me if you like. I was the best salesman within my dept until i moved areas. 👍
its that third part that gets me
4:27 sharp enthusiastic ,expert within 4 seconds
Watching this right before an asset management internship interview
loooove this
With that handwriting, Jordan would have been a great doctor.
So true I totally agree 👍 😍
This is great
good shit JB!
6:48 i love how he hates that paper and rips it off
His way of delivery got me.
At 6:50 when he ripped off that paper..i felt his body language
Leonardo in Wolff of wall Street is the best acting ever.
I admire this. Not the business advice, but the motivational speaker racket. This is truly beautiful. No feds can shit on you for selling ideas, no government can send you down the shitter for advice not panning out. If you tell someone desperate that you've got it figured out, they'll bite. Same as sales. The man never switched businesses and that's where you find the real reasons for his success. Good shit.
But he actually taught hundreds of people how to bullshit the richest people on earth. He definitely knows what he's doing and now he's just charging people to learn how to bullshit others
@@codyvandal2860 And the bullshitter has bullshat you into believing bullshit is effectively being taught 🤔
@@MNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMNMN If you manage to defraud the wealthiest 1% of people on earth your bullshit works. The proof is in the pudding. Where do you think all that money came from

Jordan Belfort the great.
Informative short video.
Most people think that what he meant was that you have to be expert in your field...
No , you have to be percieved as expert...even if you are not
