I remember I used to lay in bed crying so hard until I felt like I had to vomit about a year ago. I was dating someone who was so toxic and made me feel horrible about myself. I listened to this day SOOOO much through those dark times. I can confidently say God answered my prayers ❤️ He listener to my broken prayers and made me whole again. He also sent me a very special person who is everything I could’ve asked for and more. That’s the power of prayer, no matter how broken it is God will always put it together and heal you ❤️

I’ve been a Christian for 24 years now. So I grew up praying to God, but my prayers lately are what I can call my broken prayers. I lost my twin girls a little over a month ago. I don’t understand, I feel lost and confused. Every time I pray I just cry so hard it feels like my heart is physically hurting. Since the day I lost my babies, my prayers have been “God I am hurt. God I am confused. God why? God please help me! God take away the pain and sorrow.” I can’t find the words. But I believe God sees me, He knows my heart and He hears me. Even though my prayers have been of frustration and disappointment right now, one day God will turn my mourning into dancing and my sorrow into joy. He hears my broken prayers.
He's just like a dad. He wants to watch you succeed, wants you to come to him with every single good thing that has ever happened to you... but at the same time he also wants to lift you up when you just don't feel like you can do it anymore. I talk to him very impersonally, all the time, showing him just who I am. The beautiful creation he's made that I am slowly learning to love

Because she didn’t have a good mom nor had one so she was more than amazing! No matter what If did good or bad she had unconditional love fir me! My momma taught me how to pray and the power of praying!! ❤️💐 I miss her so much! This song gets me. I'm tired of hiding my true feelings, struggles, battles and brokenness behind the 'perfectness' of religion. I just need Jesus, he doesn't just love what I do but who I am. He chose me at my darkest time. Why would I be afraid to show weakness before him? Religion put such a heavy weight on us we turn out being someone we're not. It's ok not to be ok sometimes.

Lost my husband due to a virus 🦠 in March, 2008 after being married 13 years n 5 months after we built our 1st home together, May Dad on Dec1, 2019 to cancer calledAna plastic that’s rare and only 1% gets n my mom is battling breast cancer of 2 years. It’s hard to see the beauty. God help me, I’m BROKEN
