The little boy crying didn't even phase the kittens. The motherly instinct in mama hen was the only one to engaged with the boy and showed concern. So cute . ❤ 👦 🐈🐈🐈 🐔

That one cat did take note of the 'crying' when he first started but quickly dismissed it as fake. They've more than likely heard him cry before so they realized this time it just wasn't the same, so they weren't fazed.
On another note, I once had a cat just like the one that harassed the chicken. He had blue eyes and the softest fur. His name was Tommy. He was so beautiful.

We had a cat that would come comfort us if we were sincerely crying. She would come up and put her paw on us and give a careful little meow like "are you ok?" Then she'd cuddle and purr until you were feeling better. I really miss her 😿

We had a chicken that we first found from trash zone of chicken farm. She was only one to survive among dead chicks. We raised her at home and she was raised as part of our family. She was different and smart. Once we were showering a baby at home. She heard the baby crying and approached window and pecked it and looked inside to see what's going on in there and why baby's crying. She was so special and smart. We even played games with her. She acted like a dog. Unfortunately she died trapped in the roof because she had weird behavior to lay eggs in very narrow and hidden places
