So, the answer will be blue.
Explaination:
as per the question we have one red and one blue ball come out of bag, we will keep the blue back into the bag and red out of the bag
and we have two same color balls come out of the bag,we will remove these balls instead we will keep one red ball into the bag
that means if we have to remove the blue balls we can only remove it by choosing the same color balls.
but since the number of blue balls is odd in nature, it is not possible to remove all the blue balls, one will be left anyhow.
So, the answer will be blue.

Becz, 21 🔵 balls me se 20 balls pair me nikal diya to 10 🔴 ball aa jayenge
And now in bag (23+10 🔴 and 1 🔵)
Rehe gya.
Now pair me 🔴 red ko bhi nikal de Sare ,then at the end bag me (1 🔴 and 1 🔵) hoga.
Then
(red 🔴 and 🔵 ) ko pair me nikale to Blue wapis ander jayega.
So , In empty bag only 1 🔵 is left.
