Fastest way to increase strength level in son of the forest ?

As u can see :)) it took me 2:30 mins to up 1 lv

So the max strength level is 50, u begin with 4 bars of hp and after reaching lv50, u have 8 bars. BTW, u also 've to use G to unequip ur weapon so that the log not interfering the process. U can also use auto pressing app to make it even easier

So its 50 huh. I will use this method then when i play again
