@@Classixish Especially in Pecan Sands, which is kinda confusing and the treasures are in all kinds of places. And still you have to get at least 6 of those 8 red crystals to face the boss, the Ironsider.
Probably my favourite boss theme in the game. I love that, unlike all the other ones, this one's so upbeat and fun, yet still manages to sound like a boss theme.
"You know, a lot of people keep saying this boss is scary... Is this another one of those 'clowns are inherently scary' BS, because he looks pretty cute and innocent to me-" *boss rips off his head to reveal a weird face where his neck should be* "...OK, nevermind, that's creepy as Hell."
There’s been a few clown bosses in wario games. But this one is my favorite. Not because of the amazing soundtrack. Which it is. No I think it’s because I always love fighting enemies that mirror the player. Be that human knights in something like dark souls. To pudgy weirdos in this game. Probably the same reason that captain skull is some peoples favorite fight from this game.
I always thought Red Brief J was the closest thing to a mirror of Wario. He has a lot of moves that are similar to Wario's, like a ground pound, a dashing punch and a corkscrew conk.

I love the bosses in this game. They're all creepy, weird, and oh-so fun to fight.
I remember Clown-a-Round taking off his mask and revealing his true face... :S And the sounds he makes are also rather freakish.
Reasons why Clown-a-Round is my favorite boss:
Good looking stage
The fight is overall wacky
And the music is funky af
This whole game is underrated.
Man, I fucking love this game, and beating the shit out of all the Clown-a-Round heads was hilarious.
I really really liked this game up until "Chapter 4", where things become needlessly difficult..

To me this music has always sounded like it's good to do physical exercise to.
aw cmon mirror mansion was a cool level
Probably my favourite boss theme in the game.

I think this is the first version that posts the unaltered version. Been looking for this one for ages!
In German this boss is called Kugelclown which literally translates to ball clown or sphere clown because his body is rather round.
german's be namin shit in the most specific and literal ways
Roses are red
Violets are blue
This game is underrated
And Clown-a-round throws a ball at you
"Try not to lose your HEAD, Wario!"
Why does this boss look like an Elf on the Shelf?
My worst enemy
Now I can't unsee it.
0:30 Best bit
Fun Fact: this song is called "highway" internally.
The song has a very double dash feel to it.
@Cosmeeka About the "highway" part. The files on the disc for this track are called: highway_0.dsp, highway_1.dsp. Soo it's kinda internally. :D
Haha, nice pic. The boss defeated icon :P
maybe it's because wonky circus was originally planned to take place in a city
Maybe it's a reference to someone hearing this music when feeling high. :D
I honestly find Wario spinning on Clown-a-Round's giant ball amusing.
absolute banger.
love you wario
This is my favorite sound track out of the whole video game. I love the whimsical tunes composed in a fight in a show ring

Good catch.
Uh👀🤔
Sounds similar but I can confirm it is a different melody

I don't know why, but the stage and song of Clown-A-Round reminds me of "Poppe the Performer"

I'd say plenty
-Rudy The Clown (twice if you count Dr Mario 64)
-Clown-A-Round
-Chortlebot
All of them bosses
